Perfectionism is driven by fear and wanting control. I see it as a close and ugly relative of anxiety 😬 It is near impossible to maintain and difficult to let go of. But it is possible to see the costs of perfectionism in yourself and your family and this can be a motivating factor for change. Sometimes this can be the blessing of motherhood in helping you re-assess or gain insight into your perfectionism. If you’re wanting help with perfectionism and setting high expectations of yourself I am happy to help just send me a DM. Or if you want a freebie reach out for my free workbook on self-discovery in motherhood by commenting ‘FREEBIE’ below.

Did you know that micro habits can play a crucial role in resetting the nervous system? ✨ The brain has the remarkable ability to adapt and reorganize itself in response to experiences and environmental changes, a phenomenon known as neuroplasticity. By engaging in micro habits regularly, we can leverage neuroplasticity to rewire neural pathways associated with stress and promote relaxation and resilience! This isn’t the only reason why micro habits work though: ⤵ 🗸 Consistency: Consistency is key to creating lasting change in the brain and body. By incorporating micro habits into our daily, weekly, or monthly routines, we reinforce positive behaviors and gradually shift our baseline level of stress and reactivity. 🗸 Stress Reduction: Micro habits that focus on relaxation, mindfulness, and self-care can help reduce levels of stress hormones. By practicing these habits consistently, we signal to the body that it is safe to relax, which helps reset the nervous system and promote a state of calm and balance. 🗸 Habit Formation: Daily, weekly, or monthly micro habits contribute to the formation of new neural pathways associated with healthy behaviors. Over time, these habits become automatic and ingrained, making it easier to maintain a balanced nervous system. 🗸 Self-Regulation: Regular practice of micro habits enhances our ability to self-regulate and cope with stressors more effectively. By incorporating techniques such as deep breathing or meditation into our daily routine, we develop greater resilience to navigate life's challenges. 🗸 Prevention of Chronic Stress: Chronic stress can have detrimental effects on both physical and mental health. By proactively engaging in micro habits that promote relaxation and stress reduction, we can prevent the accumulation of chronic stress. Which of these micro habits are you going to try this week? #deepbreathing #nervoussystemhealth #nervoussystemregulation #stresslesslivemore #stressreduction #innerbalance #parasympatheticnervoussystem #mindbodyconnection #neuroplasticity #highfunctioninganxiety

PSA: stress or “stressful events” don’t just go away or stop happening. Stress is a part of life. There's no way we can live a full, happy life without it. Instead of wishing for a stress-free existence, it's about changing how we face these events and becoming more resilient. One powerful way to bolster our resilience is by supporting our bodies. After all, the mind and body are deeply connected, and nurturing our physical health can have profound effects on our mental well-being. Here’s how to make your mind more resilient by supporting your body: ⭐ Prioritize Sleep: Aim for 7-9 hours of quality sleep each night to allow your body and mind to rest. ⭐ Eat a Balanced Diet: Fuel your body with nutritious foods to support overall health and resilience. ⭐ Stay Hydrated: Drink plenty of water throughout the day to keep your body and mind feeling good. ⭐ Regular Exercise: Incorporate physical activity into your daily routine to boost resilience. ⭐ Practice Mindfulness: Meditation, deep breathing exercises, or yoga help promote relaxation. ⭐ Limit Stimulants: Minimize consumption of caffeine and alcohol, as they can exacerbate stress. ⭐ Take Breaks and Rest: Schedule regular breaks throughout the day to recharge. ⭐ Gratitude: Cultivate a positive mindset by expressing gratitude for the things you have. ⭐ Hobbies: Make time for activities you enjoy, whether it's reading, gardening, or listening to music. ⭐ Try Bodywork: Things like massage or acupuncture can release tension and promote relaxation. ⭐ Identify Deficiencies: Ensure that the body has the nutrients it needs to function optimally. ⭐ Correct Any Gut / Hormone Imbalances: These imbalances can exacerbate stress levels. GET UNSTUCK FROM ANXIETY AND SELF-DOUBT ⬇ 💬 TLDR: Comment “SKILLS” if you want to halt the downward spiral of rumination, procrastination and self-doubt and get unstuck from the bottom up Story 📚 Time🕞 … 10 years ago, I felt like I was beating my head against a brick wall. I knew all the good things to do but I just could not DO any of them. I was stuck, it felt like my back was glued to the bed, and if I did finally pry myself out, throw myself out into the world and try again to go for a walk, go to the beach, or deep breathe, my whole system would go into high alert and I would run back home and shut down. 10 years later, here’s what I’ve learned – there are key capacities that we need in order to take advantage of all those good things we know we should do. When our system is in major overwhelm, some strategies are just not accessible. And that’s ok. When you’re in a ditch, you don’t need to keep hitting the gas. You need to go into reverse. It doesn’t need to be a big emotional freak out. It just requires some awareness of where you’re at and what you need to do next based on where you are right now. It took me a solid decade to uncover that knowledge and learn those skills. Now, I want to help you collapse time and get unstuck in just 90 days with mentorship, a clear roadmap to success and support from a community of women just like you 💬 Comment “SKILLS” ⭐I’ve helped hundreds of women get unstuck and get their life back so they can help others from a place of resource and groundedness and truly be a force for good in the world ❗ Now, I want to show you how we do it for free 💬 Comment “SKILLS” And I’ll send you the link to register for my next free Q&A call where we dive into the weeds and talk through all the messy physical, mental and emotional symptoms of panic and anxiety and give you a clear plan of action to get unstuck for good . . . . . #nervoussystemregulation #selfcare #motivation #mentalhealth #selflove #nervoussystemhealth #retrainyourbrain #healthanxiety #stressrelieftherapy #healingme #anxietyawareness #selfcarejourney #digestiveissues #digestionrelief

Calm, focused and creative - would you like more of this? If the answer is yes then you need to create the alpha state in your brain. Alpha brain waves are at the centre of your brainwave spectrum between 8-12Hz when your brain is in an active but relaxed state - not concentrating on anything too complex. Whilst research continues on the benefits of this alpha state, there’s evidence to suggest that alpha brainwaves play an important role in wellbeing - increasing this type of brain activity may help relieve stress, lower symptoms of depression, combat anxiety and improve creative thinking. In this state your brain also undergoes recovery whereby alpha brain waves help improve mental energy which boosts your focus and concentration. The benefits of finding your alpha state are huge. Meditation, breath work, yoga and aerobic exercise are all ways you can tap into your alpha state of mind. All you need is 10 minutes a day to start feeling the benefits. A small investment for potentially massive benefits. Build this into your morning routine and start the day with your alpha state of mind 🧠 🔥

Anxiety is SO much more than just a mental health issue. The truth is that anxiety is a multifaceted condition. To view it solely as a brain issue or a neurotransmitter deficiency and throw anti-anxiety pills at it is to miss the sprawling complexity of its roots. However, there can absolutely be a time and place where medications can he used as a tool and stepping stone while working on these other areas. Yes, neurotransmitters like serotonin, dopamine, and GABA play a major role in how we feel, their imbalances causing feelings of unease, but these effects extend beyond the brain into the enteric nervous system residing in the gut. 👉 This is where the gut-brain axis also comes in. 👈 Bidirectional communication between the gut and brain involves the gut microbiota—bacteria in the gastrointestinal tract. Dysbiosis, a disruption in gut microbiota, correlates with anxiety, perpetuating a cycle of gut-brain disharmony exacerbated by stress-induced alterations in gut function. Then we have the way it affects almost every other system in the body… 👀 ➡️ Stress prompts the release of cortisol and adrenaline ➡️ This impacts not only the brain but also cardiovascular, respiratory, GI, and immune systems. ➡️ Chronic stress then disturbs hormone levels, perpetuating anxiety-related health repercussions. Lastly, when anxiety takes hold, our autonomic nervous system (ANS), responsible for managing things like heart rate and digestion without our conscious effort, can also go awry. This means that our “fight or flight” response gets stronger, while the “rest and digest” side weakens, making us feel more physically on edge and worsening our anxiety. 📌 The bottom line: anxiety isn’t just a problem confined to the brain, it involves the intricate interplay of multiple systems throughout the body and must be addressed as such, rather than simply reaching for anti-anxiety medication as a quick fix. #functionalmedicinedoctor #functionalmedicinepractitioner #anxietyrelief #anxietydisorders #anxietyproblems #healinganxiety #anxietysupport #anxietyfighter #highfunctioninganxiety

5 years ago, I was at a crossroads. 👇🏻 I was burnt out and unfulfilled in a career I had worked so hard for. I was bringing work home every night + weekend, and saying yes to all the things, even the ones I really didn’t want to do or have the capacity for. While it seemed like I had everything together on the outside, I felt like I was drowning and unable to show up as my best self anywhere - not at work, not in my relationships, not in my life. I believed this was a me problem - that somehow I was doing something wrong or was being lazy or just needed to get my mindset right. I had no idea that I was actually experiencing high functioning anxiety and that I was FAR from being alone in this experience… and so are you! While I, of course, still experience feelings of urgency and overwhelm, my life changed tremendously when I began to understand the ways my nervous system was lovingly communicating with me in those moments, and then shifted the ways I related to those feelings + experiences from a place of judgment, to one of curiosity and compassion. If you’re currently feeling like: 👉🏻 Life is passing you by 👉🏻 You desperately want more spaciousness in your days 👉🏻 You’re overwhelmed by social, academic, work, or societal expectations 👉🏻 You’re navigating grief or loss of any kind 👉🏻 You are struggling with anxiety, stress, overwhelm, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and/or burnout And you’re ready to: ✅ Show up with more confidence & resilience ✅ Live a life that’s filled with purpose and aligned with your unique values ✅ Feel happier, more present and grounded ✅ Be a more active participant in your life I see you. I am JUST like you! And I’ve made it my mission to hold a compassionate space, and equip you with the skills and resources you need to feel encouraged to show up authentically in the world.💕 To inquire about my 1:1 coaching, head to the link in my bio to fill out my contact form, or email me at [email protected]. ____ life coach holistic living highly sensitive person New England coaching for women psychologist self-confidence values mindfulness

Is it just me or do you also try to hide your anxiety to others? On the outside we look organized and in control but on the inside we feel panicked and have difficulty concentrating 🎢 Anxiety can make us feel irritable or on edge. We may cancel plans because we can’t wear the mask for one more hour 🎭 We may feel ashamed of experiencing anxiety and want to keep it a secret. There is fear of rejection or of others thinking there is something wrong with us 🙊 Many fight against their anxiety and try to hide or avoid their feelings. But rather than pushing against our anxiety, leaning into the uncomfortable sensations gives us information about what we fear 👈🏻 Every time we allow those thoughts into our head, each time we put on the flawless facade for the outside world, we create a picture of ourselves in our mind that we are weak and vulnerable 🐥 To overcome anxiety, we need to be willing to lower our defenses and tolerate uncertainty. By accepting the risk of a negative outcome, we lessen our need for certainty, and anxiety will reduce 🧡 LIKE, SAVE or SHARE this post will your community if you found it helpful 🧡 FOLLOW @chatwincounseling to get more useful anxiety content 🧡 Want help reducing your anxiety? I am here to support all who are struggling with anxiety, perfectionism, self-doubt. Whether this is a result of trauma or biology... We can conquer this. 👇 Hi! 👋 For those of who you are new here, I'm Mattracea. I'm a licensed therapist in the state of Missouri & I work with individuals all across the state from big cities, to little towns. (I'm from a "small town" myself!) I want to support you on your healing journey - whether you are a client, or just someone following - this is an open space for you to take in, save, share, like & take advantage of free information & support. Uncertainty and doubt are bound to be present. But if you have a strong enough motivation, someone to guide you, and you feel supported, seen, heard... you will experience the calm and serenity on the other side. 💯 In other words, what I'm simply saying is... You don't have to continue living with the high anxiety anymore: Fear Worry Self-Doubt Over-thinking Over-Analyzing Wanting to hide... Wanting to avoid... There is relief available to you. You do not have to keep dealing with all of the above. I'm so glad you're here! I look back at my journals from 2022 and it’s almost unrecognizable. I was emotionally and physically drained from long covid, May-Thurner Syndrome, depression, & anxiety. At times, I was unable to walk up stairs or speak full sentences. I was desperate for healing and didn’t know where to begin. From my bed, I discovered “nervous system regulation” & down the rabbit whole I went. 🧐 🐇 What a brilliant time we live in!! Where education and so many resources are quite literally at our fingertips!! 💻 🛏️ I’ve discovered that when we quiet the noise, in that silence is the opportunity to discover our truest goals and desires. And that isn’t selfish; it’s fundamental to living a life with depth. 🤿 My upcoming online course: The Zen Flamingo Wellness Academy🦩is a blueprint for the steps I took over the past 2 years to heal and move forward. In this self-guided course, you will: 1) get present + identify what is & isn’t working (in your body, in your home, in your life) 2) discover ways to regulate your nervous system 3) uncover & rewire old conditioning, programming, limiting beliefs & subconscious blocks that keep you stuck 🧠. The waitlist is up! If you're ready to dive a little deeper, comment “LINK” to get your name added to the growing list and you'll receive launch details and (early bird) pricing once it’s available! 🦩 #chronicstress  #serenitynow  #highfunctioninganxiety  #nervoussystemregulation  #longcovidrecovery  #thezenflamingo  #nervoussystemhealing #chronicanxiety #longcovid  #healingjourney

Did you know that micro habits can play a crucial role in resetting the nervous system? ⁣ ⁣ The brain has the ability to adapt and reorganize itself in response to experiences and environmental changes-neuroplasticity. ⁣ ⁣ By engaging in microhabits regularly, we can leverage neuroplasticity to rewire neural pathways associated with stress and promote relaxation and resilience!⁣ ⁣ This isn’t the only reason why micro habits work though: ⤵⁣ ⁣ 🗸 Consistency: Consistency is key to creating lasting change in the brain and body. By incorporating micro habits into our daily, weekly, or monthly routines, we reinforce positive behaviors and gradually shift our baseline level of stress and reactivity.⁣ ⁣ 🗸 Stress Reduction: Micro habits that focus on relaxation, mindfulness, and self-care can help reduce levels of stress hormones. By practicing these habits consistently, we signal to the body that it is safe to relax, which helps reset the nervous system and promote a state of calm and balance.⁣ ⁣ 🗸 Habit Formation: Daily, weekly, or monthly micro habits contribute to the formation of new neural pathways associated with healthy behaviors. Over time, these habits become automatic and ingrained, making it easier to maintain a balanced nervous system.⁣ ⁣ 🗸 Self-Regulation: Regular practice of micro habits enhances our ability to self-regulate and cope with stressors more effectively. By incorporating techniques such as deep breathing or meditation into our daily routine, we develop greater resilience to navigate life's challenges.⁣ ⁣ 🗸 Prevention of Chronic Stress: Chronic stress can have detrimental effects on both physical and mental health. By proactively engaging in micro habits that promote relaxation and stress reduction, we can prevent the accumulation of chronic stress.⁣ ⁣ #deepbreathing #nervoussystemhealth #nervoussystemregulation #stresslesslivemore #stressreduction #innerbalance #parasympatheticnervoussystem #mindbodyconnection #neuroplasticity #highfunctioninganxiety ⁣ ⁣ ⁣ Feel like no matter how much self-care you do, your nervous system still feels dysregulated? Anxiety is SO much more than just a mental health issue. The truth is that anxiety is a multifaceted condition. To view it solely as a brain issue or a neurotransmitter deficiency and throw anti-anxiety pills at it is to miss the sprawling complexity of its roots. Then we have the way it affects almost every other system in the body... 👀 ➡️ Stress prompts the release of cortisol and adrenaline ➡️ This impacts not only the brain but also cardiovascular, respiratory, GI, and immune systems. ➡️ Chronic stress then disturbs hormone levels, perpetuating anxiety-related health repercussions. Lastly, when anxiety takes hold, our autonomic nervous system (ANS), responsible for managing things like heart rate and digestion without our conscious effort, can also go awry. This means that our "fight or flight" response gets stronger, while the "rest and digest" side weakens, making us feel more physically on edge and worsening our anxiety. 📌 The bottom line: anxiety isn't just a problem confined to the brain, it involves the intricate interplay of multiple systems throughout the body and must be addressed as such, rather than simply reaching for anti-anxiety medication as a quick fix. This is where I come in. I help individuals just like you overcome their symptoms by creating step-by-step action plans. To the outside, external world, perfectionists are living life to the fullest. They are ticking things off their to do list, landing promotions, making time for their friends, and doing all the self-care things. However, much like IG, the external view of perfectionism is often a highlight reel. Perfectionism is another coping skill for dealing with everything around you Inside, perfectionists often feel deeply insecure, stressed, and worried about being found out. The mask is all too real. Why am I sharing this? Because as a therapist and someone who deals with perfectionism often both in a professional and personal setting, (fellow anxious person here!) I think it’s important to drop down the veil that is perfectionism, so people can feel connected to their sense of self and their emotions. If you relate to this post or you think you may know someone who is a perfectionist, I invite you to show some compassion for this defense by considering some of these ideas. 💌To learn more about anxiety, shoot me a DM with your email & I’ll add you to my free email list. Follow 👉🏼 @therapywitherica for more relatable mental health content! #perfectionism #highfunctioninganxiety #anxiety #overachiever #overwhelm #anxietycoach #nytherapist #signsofanxiety #signsofperfectionism #overcomingperfectionism #nytherapist

The nervous system is the foundation to health! You can think of the nervous system as the body's CEO, keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes. It's in charge of all the important stuff: 🫀 Like telling your heart to beat 🫁 Your lungs to breathe 💪 And your muscles to move Plus, it's the mastermind behind how you perceive the world around you and how you respond to everything from stress to emotions. However, when stress becomes chronic, it can take a toll on our entire body, including the nervous system: ⤵ ❌ Immune Suppression ❌ Inflammation ❌ Impaired Digestion ❌ Sleep Disturbances ❌ Mental Health Impact ❌ Altered Neurotransmitter Levels In essence, to nurture our nervous system is to safeguard our overall health and well-being. When we care for our nervous system, we're caring for the very foundation of our health. Have you learnt something new today? Have you ever stopped to wonder why certain days feel tougher than others, despite the circumstances being largely the same? The answer lies not in what happens around us, but within the confines of our own minds. Dr. David Burns, a pioneer in psychiatric research and the creator of TeamCBT, illuminates this brilliantly in his book, Feeling Great. Firstly, it’s crucial to understand that our emotions are directly shaped by our thoughts. Negative feelings like anxiety and depression often stem from our mental dialogues. These aren’t just random; they're deeply influenced by the patterns of our thinking. Secondly, the thoughts that most disturb us are usually not accurate representations of reality. They are distorted, exaggerated, and twisted. Recognizing these distortions is the first step toward healing. Finally, and most empowering, is the realization that by changing our thought processes, we can change our emotional experiences. This isn't about dismissing our feelings but understanding their roots and reshaping them towards a more positive mental health outcome. This insight isn’t just academic—it’s practical and life-changing. By learning to identify and adjust our thoughts, we can better manage our emotions and ultimately lead happier, more fulfilled lives. So, let’s dive deep into our thought patterns and challenge them. #MindsetShift #EmotionalWellness #anxiety #overcominganxiety #anxietyrelief #stress #socialanxiety #anxietyawareness #workstress #worry #anxietydisorder #anxietyrecovery #anxietysupport #anxietysucks #anxietyproblems #anxietywarrior #anxietyfree #livingwithanxiety #anxietytips #anxietymanagement #anxietydisorders #beatanxiety #anxietycoach #noanxiety #anxious #highfunctioninganxiety

Researchers recommend starting probiotics at least two weeks before the cold and flu season starts. Some researchers believe that probiotics interact with a person’s genetic makeup to actually change the immune system, making it function more efficiently. A study of New Zealand rugby players showed that these athletes had 40 percent fewer colds and gastrointestinal infections when they took a probiotic as compared to those who took a placebo. An extra healthy immune system to help you fight off colds and flu is just one more good reason to take a good probiotic. Aren’t summer colds the worst? First Sunday of Mental Health Awareness Month. Make time to check in on all of the above. Speaking from experience, I’ve always been someone that didn’t want to be a burden on someone else, that if I just carried on and pretended nothing was wrong I’d be ok, that focusing on helping other people would make my worries and problems go away. I’m high functioning but by being high functioning, I let my own mental health suffer. I didn’t reach out for help, I didn’t speak to my GP until it had spiralled. MH IS a disability without visibility. CHRONIC STRESS IS AN EPIDEMIC. It has a systemic effect and its nature is insidious. We often correlate the management of chronic stress (including traumatic stress) to be JUST talk therapy. It requires both psychological and somatic interventions. When it comes to unregulated emotional expression, psychosomatic interventions are crucial. This is because they are considered to be a conditioning factor of innate immunity. Stress induces inflammation peripherally and centrally. Stress waters the SOIL of inflammation, promoting pro-inflammatory cytokines and factors; with maladaptive lifestyles and aging (YES it is a factor), supporting its growth. Peripheral inflammatory response from stress is multi-faceted - its psychosocial, psychological and physiological. #chronicstress #chronicinflammation #menopausebrain #nervoussystemregulation #dysregulation #highfunctioninganxiety #insulinresistance #nafld ALL THE H offers a dual stress of care to support these multi-faceted factors with a biopsychosocial approach to health and self. Can you relate? You deserve a life where calm doesn’t startle you, but soothes you. The first thing I noticed when I conquered high-functioning anxiety was those moments of calm went from fleeting to familiar. I learnt to cherish stillness without suspicion, and ‘ease’ became my new normal. I had a lot of great things going on in my life but for the first time in a long time I was able to engage fully in each amazing occasion, instead of searching for shadows in the sunshine. If you want something to help anchor your attention to when your mind starts looking for trouble, try repeating this… “I trust the peace I cultivate…my calm is my strength”. I’m Dr Michaela, registered Clinical Psychologist. After a battle with high functioning anxiety fuelled burnout working in the NHS, I specialise in supporting sensitive, professional woman stop high functioning anxiety + imposter syndrome so they can excel in their industry without the constant stress. ✨ Have you gotten clear on what is ACTUALLY in your control and your responsibility to deal with? It may help to make a chart similar to the one in the graphic that is specific to you. ✍️ Write down the things in your life that are IN your realm of control and responsibility. ✍️ Then write down the things that you might be tempted to worry about but aren’t actually in your control. Having this visual can really help you redirect your focus back to what is in your control instead of spinning your wheels on things that you aren’t even able to change. What is one thing you’ve been worrying about that is OUT of your control that you can allow yourself to let go of today? Let me know in the comments! ❗️Stay connected with me! 👉🏻 Anxiety is much more than nervous thoughts or fearful feelings The first step is awareness of how anxiety is impacting your life and then work to make positive changes There is nothing wrong with you when you are experiencing anxiety, it is just your amygdala trying to keep you safe and protected Anxiety can show up in subtle ways and can be impacted by simple daily things like lack of sleep or too much caffeine You are so much more than your anxiety and challenging negative thoughts and increasing positive behaviors like setting limits and saying no when needed will help ➡️ Follow @chatwincounseling for more helpful anxiety content 🧡 LIKE and SHARE if you found this post helpful If you are in California and want to schedule a complimentary phone consultation head to the link in my bio 👈🏻 - #highfunctioninganxiety #californiatherapy #californiatherapist #anxietytherapy #therapysessions #anxietysurvivor #anxietyissues #dealingwithanxiety #anxietytreatment #onlinetherapist #anxietyhelp #anxietywarrior #therapistsofIG #therapyiscool #marriageandfamilytherapist #privatepracticetherapist #peoplepleaser #perfectionism #highachievers #overachievers #anxietyisreal #anxietygirl #virtualtherapist #therapysession #onlinecounseling #affirmationsoftheday #anxiousminds #anxietymanagement #anxietyisabitch #anxietyeducation

✨Ready for a spicy opinion from a Christian therapist?✨ Faith-based therapy is SO much more than prayer. We usually think 'pray the anxiety away' is a relic of the early 2000's but it is still an issue many in the church deal with! And this is why many have decided they cannot mix their mental health with their faith but this couldn't be further from the truth. Scripture, prayer, faith all have a place in mental health. As well as specific approaches (I specialize in CBT), medicine as needed, and coping skills. Is there a place for prayer in faith-based therapy? Absolutely!! But God ahs also given us other tools to use as we break free from anxiety. 💙Turn on post notifications so you never miss an update! . . . . . #BiblicalTherapist #christiancounselor #mentalhealth #christiantherapist #Christian #biblical #christiancounseling #therapy #cognitivebehavioraltherapy #cbt #therapist #anxiety #anxietyrelief #anxious #highfunctioninganxiety #highachiever #overthinker #worrying #communitysupport #anxietytherapist #innerpeace #anxietysupport #anxietyawareness #spiritualwarfare #ChristianWomen #TherapistsofMassachusetts #Therapistsofflorida #Massachusetts #Floridatherapists #faithoverfear
