Level offers Lagree class in both the Micro and the EVO, Pilates and Yoga! Hannah has been teaching fitness since 2016, where she started her fitness career as a cycle instructor (still on the bike and mic). Shortly after that, she completed her 200 Yoga Teacher Training, and then her Lagree certifications! When she’s not at the studio, Hannah’s with her two sweet babies and supportive husband... probably playing in our backyard. Mermaid is a movement some of us love to hate. It targets both sides of the obliques but primarily the one facing the ceiling. Any move where you hold tension for a period of time is a complex move and a burn. 🔥 Here’s how to perform a perfect mermaid ⬇️ 👉Line up the joints using the white line on the carriage and platform facing out towards the side of the mega. She took her first Lagree class in 2021 & immediately fell in love. She got certified just a few months later and started to teach the following year.
