What I Eat In A Day Deze week geen weegmoment. Ik was een weekend weg en daar heb ik van genoten. Dus bij deze een WIEIAD. Ik had ook nog de Cookies & Cream proteïne bar van de Lidl op, maar die ben ik vergeten op de foto te zetten. Ik probeer nu echt drie eetmomenten op een dag te hebben, maar als ik trek krijg, luister ik wel naar mijn lichaam. Dan weet ik dat ik de volgende keer een grotere maaltijd moet eten of toch dat snackje tussendoor nodig heb en dat is oké. Disclaimer: Het is geen voorbeeld en wat voor mij werkt, hoeft voor een ander niet te werken. Het is slechts een inkijk in mijn dag en mijn proces. Y’all have been staying on me about more full body workouts so here we go. 💃🏻🔥 It’s not my usual training style, but growth requires change so here we are… changing and growing and I’m bringing you with me! I’ve fallen in love with being strong and lifting heavy and although I’m not mad at it, it’s time to get out of my comfort zone again. I’ve been struggling for a few weeks now, trying to figure out how to get my workouts and diet to align with the my new goals but after last week, I feel finally good about my plan! This was my first time doing this workout, (and the first @quans_fit and I have done together in AWHILE) but after trying a few different styles of full body routines, I think this is gonna be THE ONE for a minute. Planning to stick with it for 6-8 weeks, along with my other workouts throughout the week and see how it all goes before I make any adjustments. Countdown ‘till summer ☀️ Nog precies 80 dagen, dan begint mijn zomervakantie! En omdat ik merk dat ik er de laatste tijd niet zo lekker in zit, vind ik het tijd om mijn gameplan wat aan te scherpen. Ik heb als doel op dit moment vetverlies met behoud van spiermassa. De komende 80 dagen ga ik me focussen op het zo consistent mogelijk toepassen van de volgende (sub)doelen: 🔸 een calorietekort aanhouden. 🔸 mijn eiwitdoel halen. 🔸 dagelijks minimaal 8.000 stappen zetten. 🔸 3-4x per week krachttraining doen & 2x per week 20 minuten cardio doen. 🔸 2-3 liter water per dag drinken. Via dit account wil ik jullie meenemen in dit proces en deel ik dit als een soort acountabillity naar mezelf. Lets go! 💫
