What does a car manufacturer have to do with a farm? 🥦 The Toyota Production System (TPS) is known worldwide for its focus on eliminating waste, achieving the best possible efficiency, and putting people first – all things we value highly here at Green Connect! In working with Toyota, our goal was to offer our Veg Box customers the best possible service. 🥕 As the most experienced packers, Su Meh, Eh Moo, Shay Reh, and Pleh Meh played a leading role in working with Toyota to decide what Veg Box packing system would work best for them. Meanwhile, Farm Manager Emily and Fair Food Coordinator Lindsay worked behind the scenes to support the changes.
