Quick Instant Pot meal with a few ingredients you probably have on hand! Instant Pot Mac and Cheese 1 pound elbow macaroni 4 cups water 2 teaspoons Kosher salt 12 ounces evaporated milk 4 tablespoons unsalted butter 1 cups cheddar cheese , shredded 1 cup jack cheese , shredded (or more cheddar) To a 6 quart instant pot (pressure cooker) add pasta, 4 cups water, and salt. Cook on high pressure for 4 minutes, then quick release the steam. Switch cooking method to low sauté. Add in evaporated milk, butter, and stirring well until well combined. Add in cheddar and jack cheeses and stir until melted.

Had a little Passover Seder Party yesterday, so I prepared some typical Passover food and a Seder Plate. One of the items was pasture raised Deviled Eggs. I'm not a lover, but many people are! These eggs featured a horseradish stuffing. My first time even hearing of this! They were inhaled and people were asking for more! I made a dozen eggs. In a recent @healthified Podcast conversation, I spoke with my friend and personal trainer @mindbodybespoke about exercise, nutrition, wellness, motivation, and motherhood. At one point, she shares that she focuses on getting sufficient protein in her morning meal, aiming for about 30 grams.
