Today is for the product because good god, she is bloody good! 2 weeks ago, I started using Kangen water on my eczema. I have always previously used steroid creams that help for a while, but then it flares straight back up if something triggers it. Now full transparency, I didn't follow the process to a tea 😬 I'm like really really really bad at following routines when it comes to skincare, taking medication, etc. I like to blame my mum brain 🧠 The original process was to: - Use 2.5 strong acidic water to kill bacteria. - Dab with 11.5 strong alkaline water to clean and cleanse. - Then finish with 6.0 beauty water. I skipped the first 2 😬 I filled a little spray bottle with 6.0 beauty water and just sprayed it on my eczema every time I thought about it. But I am soooooo impressed with how my eczema has improved just from using the 6.0 beauty water 🙌💦 I can not wait to get my hands on the Anespa shower head. I think it will be a total life changer for me 🙌
