לפני 3 שנים החלטתי שאני עושה את הצעד הזה - ואני מסגלת לעצמי עצמאות כלכלית. לא רוצה תקרת זכוכית. הבנתי שהזמן שלי והידע שלי שווים כסף, נפל לי האסימון שיש לי את הכלים לעשות את זה בעצמי, לנהל עסק שהוא שלי, להיות הבוסית של עצמי. ו-וואלה, לפעמים אני בוסית נדירה. באמת. ולפעמים אני קשה עם עצמי מפחיד. אני עובדת סביב השעון, אני דורשת ממני שעות נוספות ואז עוד קצת, אני לוקחת את עצמי לקצה, ואז עוד קצת. בניתי כאן עסק ב10 אצבעות, בלימודים, בעבודה אינטנסיבית, נכוויתי לא פעם, ואז שוב, וקמתי מזה כמו גדולה, האמת, לא נפלתי מזה בכלל. התחשלתי ברמות, צברתי ערימות של ניסיון מול אנשים ספקים קולגות וגם מול השותפים שמרוויחים יותר מכולם ואיזה שותפים שקטים לוקחים לוקחים אבל וואלה לבריאות - נשבעת שהיום אני מרגישה שאני יודעת להתנהל אפילו מולם: הגופים הכי מלחיצים כל עצמאי במדינת ישראל. סיימתי לימודים, תכף מסמנת וי על קורס נוסף, וזה שמדייק את החזון העסקי שזיהיתי בעצמי בשנה האחרונה - מתחיל שנה הבאה. קרוב לעשור בתחום, לפני 4 שנים כמעט נכביתי מהטירוף הזה שקורה במשרדים, התחרות, המרפקים, השאיפה להיות באור הזרקורים על חשבון הכל, העיקר להגיד זה אני. אין מצב. כמעט נכביתי. והשיפט הזה שעשיתי, ההחלטה, הרצון להיות - פיזית נפשית מנטלית, להיות ברגע, להיות אני, להיות בנאדם, להיות בריאה, להיות רגועה, לשמר קשרים, להגדיל רווחים, להגשים את כל מה שעובר לי בראש ו-וואוווו כמה שעובר לי בראש, זה השיפט החיובי הראשון שעשיתי בקריירה, אז הבנתי שאני מסוגלת לעשות הכל. ותדעו לכם שלהיות עצמאית ולהיות אמא ולגדול לתוך זה במקביל - זה חתיכת דבר. והדבר הזה, עבורי, הוא הכי טוב בעולם. וזו המלאיה שלי, זה כל מה שרציתי. ביחד. באיזון. וכבר 3 שנים שאני בונה את זה, והולכת בדרך שסללתי לעצמי. והדרך הזאת מסועפת ועוד ארוכה. ואיזה כיף לי שאני נהנית ממנה - עד כדי כך 🪐 צילם בכישרון לא נורמלי: @idanarad

How can we be sure that we are allowing God’s sanctifying truth to be evident in our lives? Here are just a few ways that have worked in my own life: Memorizing God’s Word This has worked and is still working for me in so many times when I needed to pull from His wisdom and strength. When we face the unknown, having His word stored in our heart makes hearing His voice so much easier. And hearing His voice is vital when we are being sanctified. Praying and Speaking God’s Word This alone has given me the courage to continue on during both the good and bad times. The power and strength I am able to pull when I pray scripture is indescribable. All I know is that I cannot survive apart from doing so. Being Available I’ve found that the simple act of being available to hear from God allows me to be available for my children, husband, and those God calls me to spend time with. This is an important aspect of motherhood and the sanctification process motherhood provides. I want to encourage you today, dear mom, that no matter what you are facing in your motherhood journey that God is using it for His good (Genesis 50:20). Don’t focus on the falling short in your motherhood journey, rather focus on Him. Allow the Rock of Ages to sanctify you by His truth and let the journey of motherhood be your training ground.
