A lot of yummy greens were wilted into small nests to freeze for portions. The neeps, er, turnips are slated to be mashed with some potatoes in a couple of days. Maybe with some corned beef, scrambled eggs, and pepper gravy. I've been so happy with the way my little greens patch has been doing. I said some bad words while hauling those rocks, turning the soil, and digging up and hauling in topsoil. But planting the seeds in trays and then moving them into the patches was so awesome. Set aside. Wash and dry salad leaves and place in large bowl. To large skillet, add 1 tsp sesame oil and heat on medium-high. Add salad turnips and stir-fry for 3 to 5 minutes until browned. Remove skillet from heat, allow to cool for a minute, then pour dressing into still-warm pan. Stir continuously to prevent any burning and to coat turnips in dressing. Tip contents of skillet, including all bits of dressing, into bowl with salad leaves and toss to coat thoroughly. Transfer to serving platter or 2 individual plates and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
