Findhorn 📍 I absolutely love this beach. I've also decided to be less of a no mum and more of a why not mum again. I was so good at spontaneously doing things, letting jack explore and get mucky. But the need for routine and continuity snuck back in there. My ASD sometimes means I like to keep things just so.. Less mess, less chaos - just right. Day-11 Garden week最終日 美しく生まれ変わった庭を もう一度まわってみる。 ひとつひとつの場所に それぞれの想いが 込められていて ここを離れても きっと この場所を 大切に思う気持ちは ずっとみんなの何処かに あり続けるんだろう。 気づけば私は 色んなところの 色んな庭で 遊ばせてもらっている。 意図したというよりは そうなっていて 何処に行っても 鳥や動物や植物と戯れ 何処か 異邦人のような気持ちで 過ごしてきた。 これからどうなっていくのか？ どこかまっさらで 何もない気分の今 運良くこの地で トランスフォーメーションゲームを プレイさせてもらえた。 Garden weekに 日本から参加のサムさんからの 嬉しいご縁。 プログラム中も 日本語で話せて とてもありがたかった。 そして mentalレベルが まっさらな状態で ゲームは終わった。 そして ゲームが 終わったあとに 私をサポートしにきてくれたのは ビジョンの天使だった。 まっさらに 新しく どんな絵だって描けるんだ と教えてくれている みたいに。 ファシリテートしてくれた やすこさんが 伝えてくれたことは 薄々その事に気づきながらも 自信のない私に 確信をくれた。 異邦人でもなんでも 私は私を生きることしか できない。 そして とても自由に 人生を楽しんでいる人たちに この旅で 出会うことができたことも 私の制限を 外してくれるきっかけに きっとなるんたと思う。 旅に出ることは いつだって 私をより自由にしてくれる。 そういえば 今日は 木星と天王星が重なる日。 より自由に。 まさにそんなタイミングなんだ。 すべての 巡り合わせと すべての 与えられた愛とに 感謝して。 #findhorn

Day-9 infinity のカタチを 石でつくってみた。 願いをこめて。 石に始まり 石に終わった日。 このスペースを やりたいように 作ってみたら？ と 提案してくれて 楽しき石並べ。 決まってる庭作業の時間は 昼食までだけど 午後からも やりたい人で作業を続ける。 ひとりまたひとりと 作業に加わって みんな庭仕事が好きなんだな と思う。 みんな優しいけど 私の中の 表層と深層が 何か大きく 乖離してる気がして コミュニケーションって なんだろう？ とか オープンであるって どういうことだろう？ とか そんなことを 感じてた。 コミュニティの リーダー的な方が亡くなって プログラムが 色々と変動したり コミュニティも 大きく揺れているのを 感じながら。 gong bath という 大きなドラみたいな楽器の 音と振動を浴びる時間は からだと心の 深いところが 揺さぶられて 幼い頃からの ネガティブな感情が 浮かんで 流されていくようだった。 何ができるか？ じゃなくて ただ平和な心で 生きていたいんだな と思った日。 #Findhorn

. 午後 自然とつながる ワークショップ。 感じたイメージを ことばにすると In the flow だった。 ただ 流れの中にいて それだけ。 みんなのイメージを つなげてみるのも 面白い。 散歩中 カランガーデンを 外から覗いてたら 門を開けて 入ったらいいよ と通りすがりの人に 開けてもらう。 ぶらぶら歩いてたら 新しい花壇のために ミミズを集めてる メンバーに バッタリ会って 一緒にミミズを 集める 放課後time こういう何気ない時間が 楽しいなぁって思う。 ぶらぶら歩いてると 何かしら 面白いことが起きる この場所は やっぱり 不思議なところ。 そして どこへいっても パーマカルチャーの人たちと 一緒になるのも 面白いな。 #Findhorn

Day-8 長靴と レインウェアで始まった 雨の朝。 しばらくすると お日さまが顔を出した。 木の根元をほぐして 炭を入れて ダンボールをしいて ウッドチップ的なものをのせて 石で囲って。 あっという間に 草だらけだった場所が 整っていく。 きりのいいとこまで と ついなりがちな所を お茶の時間は きっかりとるのも いいなぁと思ったり。 お茶とクッキーを 少し頬張るだけで またやる気が出る不思議。 鳥たちの祝福を 見上げる時間も嬉しい。 いつも 体温調節で脱いだ服を リュックに入れて 持ち歩くのと なんでもすぐに あちこちに忘れてしまうので 忘れないように なんだけど どうしていつも 大事そうに リュックを背負ってるの？ 赤ちゃんを 背負うみたいに？ と聞かれて なんだか楽しかった。 #findhorn
