Status update yesterday: alot I didn't manage... Today I have an errand at my own home and Cam has an appointment so I get to ride along and sit waiting on him for a change. Also weekly zoom therapy this morning....we will be leaving shortly after I Really need to fill out the calander for may because um...it's may now! And I know its a busy month. Unfortunately. Was ist Stress und was tut man dagegen⁉️ Nachhaltiger Selbst-Check und Gegenhalten anhand von ☯️ Jeder kennt‘s, mal mehr, mal weniger und unser Kopf / System hält auch schon immer instinktiv und im Auto-Modus dagegen. 🛡️ Noch nachhaltiger wird’s aber immer im Bewussten Modus. 👀 Wie ein Buddha „in sich schauen“ und YinYang zur Hilfe nehmen. ☯️ Alle Eigenschaften, Verhaltensweisen und auch Emotionen kannst du dem Yin 🖤 oder Yang 🤍 zuordnen. Das macht man anhand von Kriterien wie z. B. Hitze und Kälte, Fülle und Leere, Außen und Innen. Dröselst du das Symbol auf, siehst du eine Sinuskurve. Jeder hat so seine eigene und man sollte stets schauen, dass sie nicht zu weit nach oben und unten ausschlägt. 🙂 🔥“Hitze“ bedeutet z. B. Aktivität, ein laufender Motor, Dinge aufnehmen und erleben. Das ordnet man dem „Yang“ 🤍 zu. Aus dem Vollen schöpfen“ könnte man sagen. Das Yang füllt sich und bei einem Zuviel entsteht ein Ungleichgewicht. ☯️ Der Kopf sendet Signale, wie z. B. die Yang-Emotion STREEEESS. Je mehr du dich subjektiv gestresst fühlst, desto stärker wird es sein, ggf. reagiert auch dein Körper. Und deine „Yin-Seite“ füllt sich ebenfalls, wird größer 👀 und muss „ausbaden“. Mehr verarbeiten, regenerieren, du wirst dich unwohler fühlen. ❗️ Wenn möglich, solltest du also zeitnah mit „Yin-Maßnahmen“ gegenhalten. Logisch? Ja.. nein.. ich mein‘ JEIN. 😅 Siehe Kriterien „Außen und Innen“, was wesentlich für „Akut und Chronisch“ steht. 🫏sbrücke: Chronischer bedeutet, wie weit etwas ins Innere vorgedrungen ist, steht aber auch für nachhaltigere Maßnahmen, Ruhe, Runterkommen, „Abkühlen“. 🖤 ⚡️Attention please. Es mag logisch sein, dass man mit einem Weniger und mehr Ruhe gegen Stress vorgeht, also akuten Stress mit dem Gegenteil ausgleicht. ☯️ ⚡️⚡️ Laufen wir aber einmal auf Hochtouren und sind laufender Motor, bleiben wir gern in diesem Zustand 🤍. Weiter noch: Unser System reagiert mit Akutmaßnahmen. Akut ordnet man dem Yang zu. ⚡️⚡️⚡️Anstelle uns also bewusst hinter die Stirn zu schauen und langsam herunterzufahren, drehen wir noch weiter auf. Mit Leuten rumlabern, sich aufregen, Schoki, Handy, NOCH mehr pushen, noch mehr machen und aufnehmen.
