The Florida Project (2017) had me in my feels a little bit I won’t even lie. The subject matter of the film is so poignant and palpable it felt like there was no acting at all in the film. So much just felt natural and how those situations would go in real life. Willem Dafoe plays such a great character in this, he is really someone trying to juggle everything at one time. The scene where he stops the child predator dude was also awesome, I feel like that’s something I would see him do in real life. The child actors in this film are also damn good, Brooklynn Pierce actually had me crying at the end. Not much really goes on in the movie, it just shows how life is there and sometimes those movies are the best kind of movies. My wife said this movie could either go in a crazy direction or the Patterson direction. What she meant by that is Paterson is a movie about life in Paterson, New Jersey and this is a movie about life around Disney World. And by the crazy direction she is referring to A24 as a whole and how their movies can go from 0 to 100 real quick. 📽 The Florida Project : 4,5/10 Ok, les acteurs jouent très bien. Ok, la fin avec la gamine est touchante (même si on a envie de les claquer tout du long, elle et sa mère). Ok, la critique envers Disney est acerbe et juste (derrière le royaume enchanté plein d’hypocrisie se cache la misère). Et à la limite, la photographie est soignée sur certaines scènes. Mais sinon, j’ai trouvé ce film long et laborieux. Pour moi, il y a 30 minutes de trop (le film dure 2 h) et en vrai, ça ne raconte pas grand-chose. Quant au cadre de Disney, s’il n’y avait pas eu justement la fin, l’histoire aurait pu s’appliquer à n’importe quel autre contexte. The Florida Project (2017) IMDb 7.6/10 My Rating 8/10 I loved the colors in this movie and the vibes and the acting from beginning to end is just amazing. I mist say that the children acting were far more impressive than some of the adult actors. The story is very good even though I didn’t like some parts and I felt like it could have had more drama in it but it was ok. It’s innocent in some ways and eye-opening in other ways, and overall enjoyable. . . 今日の映画　フロリダ・プロジェクト真夏の魔法 レッドロケット公開タイミングで予習。 『フロリダ・プロジェクト』とは60年代フロリダのディズニーリゾート開発プロジェクトの名称、そして『プロジェクト』とは低所得者の公営住宅の事を指す。この映画は夢の国の周囲に多くの貧困層が住む現状を皮肉った鋭いタイトルである。 世界の片隅に取り残された人々の物語。 完全にポスター詐欺(褒めてる)色鮮やかな景色とシングルマザーの母娘を容赦なく追い込む対比が凄まじい。 一見、現実同様取り留めもなく起こる出来事や何気ない会話を並べているかと思いきや伏線であるシーンが数多く配されており、非常に緻密に練り上げられた脚本演技演出だと感心させられた。 ムーニーの母親ヘイリーは インターネット上に自身の水着姿の写真をアップし、何人もの客を部屋に呼び込む。その過程はハッキリとは示されないが、劇中でその事実が発覚したときに、ムーニーがバスルームに閉じ込められ、大音量の音楽を聴かせられていたシーンの意味や、水着撮影遊びシーンの意味を気づかされ非常に辛らかった。 モーテルの管理人ウィレム・デフォー演じるボビーの貧困者への厳しくも温かい眼差しを送る演技も見事だった。 作中至る所で聞こえてくるヘリの音はそれを使える者(遊覧飛行？)と持たざる者の隔たりを表しているのではないかと思う。 ラストでそこまでは現実的に進んできた映画が『飛躍』する。映画的に考えれば不自然だが、最後で満を持して『それ』が具体的にムーニー達の夢の国への憧れとして登場させた事で涙腺決壊でした😭😭😭😭😭 #utamaru #unext #映画好きな人と繋がりたい #映画 #電影院 #movie #movielover #film #thefloridaproject #フロリダプロジェクト #フロリダプロジェクト真夏の魔法 #seanbaker #ショーンベイカー #willemdafoe #ウィレムデフォー #brooklynnprince #briavinaite

Este fin de semana tocó acudir a @cinemaniacdmx para ver una pelicula sobre el ciclo que presentan por el día del niño, un ciclo sobre infancias. Proyectaron "El proyecto Florida" y no pude elegir mejor la función a la cual acudir. La película es contrastante por su belleza y su mensaje tan crudo; también por la presencia de dos formas de vida que se contraponen en el mismo lugar. No había visto a Willem Dafoe actuar en un personaje que me fuera tan cercano, me pareció espectacular, me gustó que se escogiera un elenco poco conocido y nos explicaron que el director trabaja normalmente solo con un actor "famoso" y el demás casting se elige de actores poco conocidos o incluso personas que no se dedican a la actuación. La tonalidad de las imágenes y la perspectiva de nuestra niña protagonista nos da un poco de esperanza mientras por otro lado se desarrolla otra historia mucho más compleja, me deja cuestionando muchísimo sobre los tipos de maternidades que existen y las exigencias que este rol tiene sobre las mujeres que la ejercen (a veces a una edad muy temprana). Me encantó esta película y por eso quise hacer una breve invitación en esta cuenta a darle una oportunidad.
