On Sun morning I took 2nd place and I received my ticket to semifinal and final. For the umpteenth time, I was able to participate in the organization of a crossfit competition in Hungary and from the series of the EMT (@europeanmastersthrowdown) competitions I just skipped only 1 of the 9, but I can say that this was one of, if not the best competition in the past 15 years. In addition to friends, competitions always bring great people into my life, and this year was no different. And what is a special joy is that it is true that even from just inside yet but this year with my lovely wife ❤️ our son 🍼was able to enjoy the event together with us! I hurt my back pretty good at a Strongman comp 3 months ago. Waking up every morning scared to move I'm so stiff..and not in a good way 😉 Can't lift heavy at all 😫 @jennypimlett and the Team at @jennifergreenhealthandwellness have helped immensely. Massage physio and acupuncture 💥 I was in fear 😨 that the Osteopath had broken my back.. Ohh how we giggled.. Ännu en helg… ännu ett kval enligt plan! Men inte helt självklart att köra idag. Precis som att jag inte alltid mår bra och är glad så har jag riktiga skitträningar också. Igår va en sådan. Ville gå hem, gråta, sluta med Crossfit. En känsla som definitivt va vanligare förr. Men igår kom den alltså på besök igen. Fullt medveten om att ju mer jag utsätter mig för ju mer får jag träna mig på att hantera symtomen. Fick en notis från mens-appen senare och polletten föll ner, att man inte lär sig… efter dryga 30år. Det är inget att skylla på, eller rätta sig efter, men en hjälp för mig att acceptera att kroppen och knoppen agerar olika från dag till dag. Det gör mig snällare mot mig själv!❤️ Så äventyret fortsätter när jag inte låter tankarna styra. Kroppen levererar när jag låter den leka. On Saturday on top of my normal session and a beast of a James Fyles Birthday chipper workout, we did ‘Grace’ 30 clean and jerks🏋🏼♀️ for time at 60kgs. I wouldn’t pick this as my favourite workout but so chuffed as at the age of 49 in June 2017, I did this in 4:26, in Jan 2019 at 52, 3:44 but this weekend at 55, I did it in 3:07! @europeanmastersthrowdown check ✅️ Net nežinau nuo ko pradėti... Visi tikėjomės ne to: Varžybų vieta - arenos tarnybinės / pagalbinės patalpos. Apšilimo zona - parkinge, be gryno oro. Atletų zona - kas kur pakritęs bando ilsėtis. Maitinimas - kas greitesnis tas sotesnis, pavėlavai liksi nevalgęs. Rungčių išdėstymas - lyg skaitytum knygą nuo galo. Nebesinori lysti į smulkmenas, tačiau atrodo varžybos buvo suorganizuotos per savaitę. Tik trečią varžybų dieną išlindome iš "olos" ir persikėlėme į lauką. Gavome saulės, kad ir karšto, bet gryno oro. Ir visi atrodo užmiršome kaip mums sekėsi vakar. Visi spėjome pasimėgauti nors viena varžybų diena ir puikia atmosfera. Mano pasirodymas prasidėjo nesėkmingais bandymais Snatch komplekso rungtyje, to pasekoje teko startuoti turnyrinės lentelės gale. Dasikapsčiau iki 12 vietos overall ir tuo esu patenkintas. Džiaugiuosi, kad pasiruošimas šioms varžyboms pavyko 100%, gal būt tai davė per didelį pasitikėjimą, ir perdegimą Snatch rungtyje. Reziume, tai buvo 4tos varžybos per paskutinius 7 mėnesius: Egiptas, Italija, Graikija ir Vengrija. Atiduota ir paaukota daug laiko, jėgų ir finansų. Pamačiau daug. Įgyjau daug patirties tiek sporte tiek asmeniniame tobulėjime. Metai dar nesibaigė, bet kol kas noriu pailsėti. Gareggiare a 40 anni non è facile, bisogna far quadrare tante varianti , famiglia, tempo, lavoro, volontà, condizioni fisiche e perché no anche mentali… tutto per quei pochi minuti di pura adrenalina che spinge il tuo corpo a fare cose inimmaginabili. Il tutto diventa più bello quando oltre a superare i tuoi limiti riesci anche a salire sul podio e a toglierti quelle soddisfazioni che hai sempre voluto ho tenuto in un angolo delle tue aspettative. 🏋🏼♂️ COACH INGA ROCKT DEN EMT! 🏋🏼♂️ 🌍 Vom 03-05.06.2022 fand der European Masters Throwdown in Budapest statt wo insgesamt 396 Athleten zwei Tage lang gegen einander angetreten sind. 🏆 Wir sind richtig stolz auf unsere Coach Inga, dass sie sich qualifizieren konnte und so ein gutes Ergebnis hingelegt hat! 👱🏻 Inga selbst sagt: "Ich freu mich sehr über mein Ergebnis!
