About 2 weeks out from my first @usapowerlifting meet, and I’m both excited and nervous as all hell! Training has been going awesome though, really dialing in the form and technique. And a big shout out to @bryce_cbb and @calgarybarbell with the 16 Week program. I’ll be in the Master’s 82.5kg category, though I won’t be anywhere near 180lbs (probably closer to 173lbs). ✨TEŽINSKI ILI KARDIO TRENING? ✨ ▶️ U svijetu fitnessa, ovo je otprilike krucijalna dilema – da li ćeš prije smršati praktikujući kardio treninge ili radeći “klasične” vježbe za jačanje i izgradnju mišića. Do sada je važilo ovako: kardio trening sagorijeva više kalorija što dalje znači bolje rezultate, logično, ali onda se pojavio tim #TeamNoCardio koji tvrdi da je trening za jačanje i izgradnju mišića mnogo bolji, uspješniji i kvalitetniji za organizam nego kardio trening. I onda smo se mi tako našli u nedoumici – šta sad?! ▶️ Kako ne bi više “lupali" glavu razmišljajući šta je za tebe u ovom trenutku bolje, prije nego što napokon sprovedeš novogodišnju odluku u djelo i počneš da vježbaš, mi ti dajemo odgovor. ▶️ Istraživanja su pokazala da kardio trening zaista sagorijeva više kalorija i bolje utiče na razgradnju masti i gubljenje viška kilograma, dok “klasičan” trening sa tegovima i slično, bolje utiče na izgradnju i jačanje mišića, dakle stvaranje mišićne mase, ali ne i na sagorevanje masti. Dakle – uz kardio trening ćeš smršati i osloboditi se viška masnih naslaga, dok ćeš uz taj “klasičan” trening izgraditi mišiće, ali vjerovatno nećeš smršati. Naprotiv, možeš čak i da dobiješ na težini jer si izgradio jaku mišićnu masu. Eto, to je suština, čak i naučno dokazana putem brojnih eksperimenata. ▶️ Ipak, važno je naglasiti da je kombinacija zapravo najbolja. Jer, kada smršaš i oslobodiš se viška masnih naslaga, važno je i da se zategneš i oblikuješ mišiće. Kako bi krajnji rezultat bio najbolji za tebe, kombinuj ova dva treninga, na primjer, prvo radi klasične vježbe, a za kraj ostavi kardio. Tako nećeš samo smršati već ćeš biti i zategnut. A to je kul, to hoćeš! Osim toga, vježbe su odlične za održavanje tjelesne težine ili sprječavanje dobijanja na težini kada jednom smršaš. ▶️ Na kraju, još jedna stvar je važna, osim samih treninga, a to je – ishrana. “Cardio” isn’t all about burning calories… It’s actually an important part of maintaining our cardiovascular health. Our heart is a muscle and just like any other muscle needs to be exercised. And dare I say at a higher RPE than a leisurely walk… I won’t go as far as to say you need to do cardio everyday nor do you need to do hours at a time, but don’t be #teamnocardio . There’s so many benefits to doing cardio and to say it prevents ‘gains’ is just silly. Just eat a little more. 😬😬😬

Primero que nada , la celulitis es un fenómeno natural en el que las células grasas se abren paso a través de los tejidos conjuntivos y forman bultitos visibles en la superficie de la piel , es más común que aparezca en el caso de las mujeres, porque tienemos el tejido conjuntivo más frágil, la piel más elástica y un menor índice de masa muscular que los hombres en comparación con el índice de grasa corporal. El entrenamiento de fuerza combinado con una dieta saludable es eficaz para reducir la celulitis porque puede estimular la circulación y reducir la grasa corporal, lo que previene la piel de naranja. Generalmente las mujeres tenemos más celulitis en la zona de los glúteos y muslos y puede deberse a la poca temperatura y menor circulación sanguínea de ese sector, esto sumado a que es una zona donde generalmente se acumula la grasa en la mujer , sería la causa de esta situación . Es una buena idea trabajar los muslos y los glúteos de forma específica para estimular y fortalecer los músculos de la zona. Sin embargo, para mantener una buena salud, forma física y evitar desequilibrios musculares, no conviene descuidar los otros músculos del cuerpo.
