Progression in the later stages of the offseason. Technically the strongest I’ve ever been. Considering the minimal quad tear a few months back, I’ve surpassed in terms of strength for sure now. 4pps on Watson pendulum for a 8-10 (could definitely be cleaner reps) 10pps on the prime leg press ( full ROM gang ) In the latter stages of an off-season, strength is not meant to take a halt or drop off in my opinion, if that’s the case, you’ve pushed too far. Neues Jahr, neuer Ansatz, alte Ziele jedoch mit mehr Struktur, Disziplin und Motivation ist für dieses Jahr angesetzt. 2023 war für mich eine lehrreiche Zeit, Mal positiv aber mit sehr vielen Tiefs. Viele Verletzungen hintereinander gehabt, Todesfall und bin wirklich in einem Tiefpunkt gewesen, wie lange schon nicht mehr. Aber auch ich wachse mit meinen Fehlern und lerne aus den Prozessen, die einem belehrt. Wenn du das Jahr Review passieren lässt, fragst du dich am Ende, hast du denn alles dafür gegeben, um dein Ziel zu erreichen oder näher zu kommen?? Ich muss für mich akzeptieren (was auch immer schwierig ist), dass ich nicht 100% gegeben habe. Sogar so, dass ich Angst hatte, richtig gescheitert zu sein. Es bringt dennoch nichts, rumzuheulen und zu warten. Denn von nichts kommt nichts. Es gibt zum Glück Menschen in deinem Umfeld, die an dich glauben und unterstützen, in erster Linie meine Familie und mein Coach ❤️🫶. Wir geben wieder Vollgas und gehen diesen Prozess anders, aber mit der Leichtigkeit (zu viel Stress im Kopf, damit hören wir auf) gehen wir es voran. I’ve been focusing on lower volume and driving home that mind to muscle connection lately & loooving how it feels!! This workout had me walking funny for a few dayyysss so here you go: 1. Barbell Back Squats: 5 x 5-6 reps (top set was with 265lbs) 2. Vertical Leg Press: 4 x 6 reps (look at the leg shakes lmaooo) 3. Bulgarian Split Squats: 4 x 5-8 reps (I hate these so much, do a shorter stance to force your knee to go further over your toes and target your quads more) 4. Box Step Ups: 3 x 6-8 reps (don’t u dare push off that back foot, use a knee-height box to target the quads and take er nice & sloooow) 5. Leg Extensions (single leg): 3 x 5-8 reps (don’t slam the weight at the end of each rep, control it) Enjoy your shaky legs!!! 🦵🏼

Embrace your strengths and weaknesses. Understand that nobody is perfect, and it's okay to have flaws. But also know that the only way to become better is to acknowledge those flaws and work on them. Stop with the victim mentality. 💛 Pursue your passions: Engage in activities you're good at and that bring you joy. Stop doubting yourself and saying that you don't have time. Spending an hour drawing, creating music, starting a blog, etc. is 10x more productive than scrolling online, and you'll feel better after too. 💚 Forgiveness: Forgive yourself and others for past mistakes and let go of grudges. You have the power to let go. 🩵Prioritize overall well-being: Remember that health and fitness are not just about physical appearance. Focus on feeling good, increasing energy, reducing stress, and simply doing everything in your power to be the best you can -- when you actually do your "best" you'll stop overconcerning yourself with the areas you're lacking.

I want to take a moment to celebrate my client Sonia! When Sonia came to me she was struggling with routine, motivation during tough times and accountability and wanted to take her fitness to the next level by finally prioritizing her self care first by getting into a healthy fitness routine. She needed help on figuring out how to balance losing weight as a busy entrepreneur and dog mom. Today, I'm excited to reveal the second half, dedicated to crushing those QUADS! 🦵💥 Check out these video clips showcasing my top sets, as I push my limits and take my quads to failure. Let's dive in and witness the quad domination! 🎬💪 1️⃣ Leg Press: We kick things off with a bang! 💥🦵 I start with a heavy set in the rep range of 8-12, pushing the limits of my quad strength. The intensity is off the charts! Then, I transition into a deload set, targeting a rep range of 12-15, to focus on muscular endurance and squeeze out those extra reps. 2️⃣ Squats: The true test of quad power! 🏋️‍♂️💪 I tackle squats next, and oh boy, it's an intense ride. With one heavy set in the 8-12 rep range, I challenge my quads like never before. The burn is real! Then, I follow it up with a deload set in the 12-15 rep range, keeping the fire alive and ensuring I leave no quad fiber untapped. 3️⃣ Lunges: Stepping it up, one stride at a time! 🚶‍♂️💥 I conquer a set of lunges, humorously named "The Green Mile" (because it feels that long 😅). This grueling set pushes my quads across the distance, igniting every muscle fiber. It's a challenge worth taking on! 4️⃣ Leg Extensions: Isolation at its finest! 🎯💥 I close out my quad-focused routine with two sets of leg extensions. The first set is heavy, where I give it my all, aiming for maximum intensity and feeling the burn. But wait, there's more! I then dive into a drop set, intensifying the fire and pushing my quads to their absolute limits. 📉 Volume Adjustment: My quads respond exceptionally well to this routine. That's why every other week, I decrease the volume, focusing on just one working set. It's all about finding the balance that works best for your body and quads. The one thing you’re probably ignoring while chasing fat loss.... Continuity (aka maintenance) It can be exhausting to eat at an extremely strict calorie deficit for a long time.    Pushing even harder can lead to burnout, which will make adherence much harder and can result in backtracking into old habits or simply giving up. While it may seem counterintuitive to not be dieting intensely and pushing for more cardio... maintenance phases are associated with greater overall fat loss due to better adherence and improved training intensity. Stick to a program that's sustainable. Train hard. Eat right. And make sure you're having fun and enjoying the process. Too “fat” or overweight to rock a crop top? ❌ I went through feeling too fat and not confident enough to rock a crop top. ❌I went through high school being the chubby girl that rocked big sweaters everyday even in summer to cover up my overweight body. ❌I went through feeling uncomfortable in my own skin. ❌I went through looking in the mirror and just being so unhappy with how I looked. ❌I went through binge eating then starving myself to lose weight. ❌I went through feeling sluggish and spending lots of time on my couch due to back pain from being overweight. All of this ☝️ is what’s painful. Mentally, emotionally and physically painful. ✅I chose to take the pain of being disciplined with my nutrition and exercise. ✅The pain of being sore is wayy better than the pain of feeling ugly and not confident. ✅The pain of waking up earlier to get my exercise done is wayyy better than the pain of feeling sluggish and on the couch all day with back pain. ✅The pain of eating nutrient dense foods is way better than the pain of putting 💩 in my body that will eventually kill me. ✅The pain of working out daily is way better than the pain of not feeling confident in my own skin. It just takes that step of getting started and staying consistent. Easier said than done, but it’s easier with the help of a trainer. That’s my one regret, not hiring a trainer sooner in my health journey. Don’t let my mistake be yours. Is it going to be easy ? No Is it going to be worth it? Yes 💯 There’s not a day that goes by that I think to myself man I regret all the healthy eating and hours I spent at the gym. 🔑 Consistency is the key to success! You’ll find this post to be very helpful for you if you are looking for ways to be more consistent with your workout routine. Here are 10 tools that help me personally stay consistent that I’m sharing with you! 1. Pick the same time of day to work out, no matter what 2. Wake up at the same time and go to bed at the same time every day. 3. Find a trigger that will always remind you to work out immediately following that trigger. 4. Have a spot designated for your workouts (whether that’s in the home or at a gym or a park) 5. Have your fitness clothes easily accessible and ready to put on. 6. Have a workout plan in place. 7. Track your progress on a workout calendar. 8. Write one daily fitness goal every morning and check it off every night. 9. Communicate with your fitness accountability partner daily. 10.
