Those who struggle with bringing up lagging body parts, don’t follow a solid nutrition plan. Nutrition is your building blocks to build the muscle while the workouts are the stimulus that drives the change. Without proper nutrition, you won’t grow. Here’s how I would address the problem: 1. Find your maintenance calories = Body weight x 10 x activity factor - activity factor ranges from 1.0-2.0 (1.0 = sedentary, 2.0 = very active) 2. Track for 1-2 weeks at maintenance to determine true maintenance 3. Add calories to be in a surplus Now that you are eating in a surplus, you will grow. You can train harder and recover much better than being in a deficit. Macros matter as well so make sure to figure out the ratio that works best for your needs. If you need help shoot me a DM! Its pretty simple, calories in vs calories out. Try this out and let me know how it goes! 197.6 empty and depleted. Coach said let’s dig some more, so let’s f*cking do it. I can’t lie I expected a high day but this ain’t the focus. To bring the next level I need to dig even more. I’m not satisfied, I know there’s more in me to push new limits I’ve never been to before. Rest day cals 2100. Training day cals 2400. Working two jobs, concrete, supplement store, to coaching and posing clients. I live this life to chase that dream of being an IFBB Pro, to everyone in my corner, I hope I make you proud with my work ethic. . 📚 ПОХМЕЛЬЕ ... после тренировки 🤔 Похмелье после тренировки - это вялость и снижение полового влечения, снижение трудоспособности, головная боль, апатия, отсутствие мотивации, снижение концентрации и внимания. Причины - вы выполнили тренировку, которая слишком сильно нагрузила вашу нервную систему, - от этого и страдания. ☝️Неудивительно, что в таком состоянии нет возможности нормально тренироваться, но и в остальное время будете чувствовать себя паршиво. 👉 Так перегружается гормональная система. В случае тренировок это означает выработку слишком большого количества Кортизола. Кортизол сам по себе не является врагом, он играет важную роль в тренировочном процессе: помогает мобилизовать энергию во время тренировки, увеличивая расщепление запасов гликогена и жира для производства энергии для подпитки мышц. Конечно, это также увеличивает распад мышц, но на самом деле это небольшая проблема. ☝️Большая проблема заключается в том, что Кортизол, Тестостерон и Эстроген производятся из одного и того же "материнского гормона" - Прегненолона. 👉 Чем больше Кортизола производите, тем меньше Прегненолона остаётся для производства Тестостерона! 👉 Если постоянно производите много Кортизола, не только снизится уровень Тестостерона, но и тому небольшому количеству Тестостерона, которое осталось, будет труднее выполнять свою работу. Это приводит к уменьшению мышечной массы, увеличению жира и отсутствию либидо. ❗Фактически, одним из главных признаков состояния низкого Тестостерона и высокого Кортизола является отсутствие "утреннего стояка" и резкое снижение сексуального интереса. ☝️ Ещё одним признаком чрезмерного производства Кортизола является задержка воды и плоские мышцы. 🔴 Вывод: подбор объема и интенсивности, частоты тренировок - должен носить сугубо индивидуальный характер. Много в плане тренировок - далеко не всегда хорошо. 1ro. Si, es "mucho peso", pero eso queda a percepción de su capacidad de carga. 2do. No estoy útilizando cinturón, faja o como le quiera llamar, soy consciente de eso tengo muchos años así y soy muy cuidadoso de lo que hago pero nada evita una lesion al que se va a lesionar. 3ro. Lo más importante, no lo intente porque yo lo hice vaya a su ritmo y tenga cuidado. 4to. Primera vez que realizo el movimiento con 4 discos y no será el último 😁 . . . FULL UPPER SESH! As my main focus right now is developing my glutes, I’m currently on a 4 day training split (2 glute dominant leg days and 2 upper days). As I only have 2 upper body days, these are a mix of back, shoulders and arms which I’m very much enjoying rather than focusing on 1 muscle group a session! Here’s today’s full upper sesh with my top tips on how to ramp up contraction! 🔥👇🏻 👉🏻 CUFFED LATERAL RAISE -Ensure your fist is in line with the cable attachment. -Push your first forwards as you stretch then drive outwards not upwards. 👉🏻 DUMBBELL FRONT RAISE -Drive forwards as you start the rep then upwards as you approach the top of the rep. -Angle your arm path slightly across your body to align with your front delt fibres. 👉🏻 SINGLE ARM CABLE PULL DOWN (LAT FOCUSED) -Keep your rib cage tucked to bias more lats. -Drive your elbow straight into your hip. 👉🏻 UPPER BACK FOCUSED MACHINE ROW -Keep your torso fixed and protract/retract the shoulder blades as much as possible. 👉🏻 UPPER BACK FOCUSED CABLE PULL DOWN -Keep your torso slightly leant back and protract/retract the shoulder blades as much as possible. 👉🏻 CUFFED TRICEP CABLE CROSS OVER -Keep your lats engaged to keep your shoulders and upper arm fixed and drive slightly outwards to follow the cable. 👉🏻 HANGING LEG RAISES -Think about driving forwards from the bottom of the rep then upwards as you approach the top.
