@50kmdiromagna🏃🏼♀️🏃🏼♀️ Torno per il secondo anno a Castel Bolognese per partecipare ad una delle ultramaratone più importanti d’Italia, 50km tra Castel Bolognese e varie città della Valle del Senio; la prima parte di gara è molto scorrevole, ma insidiosa perchè nei primi 24km, anche se la pendenza è minima, si tende piano piano a salire, questa parte va gestita con tanta attenzione; 25km in discesa per poi salire fino al 30esimo (dove quest anno faceva parecchio freddo🥶, 5km di discesa ripida dov’è gestirsi molto bene per non cuocersi le gambe ed infine 15km in pianura con un accenno di discesa; questo è il percorso della gara, ma consiglio a tutti di farla per viversi a pieno una grande emozione. Per quanto riguarda me sono arrivata abbastanza stanca a questo 25 aprile, ma sono comunque riuscita a ridurre di 14 minuti il tempo dello scorso anno.
