Letโ€™s get into some of my recent meals thatโ€™ve kept me on track but still enjoyable. Starting with these noodle alternatives!! I canโ€™t eat regular pasta like I used to but still crave it sometimes. This Goodles brand is at #sproutsfarmersmarket and isnโ€™t too pricey. I pan seared chicken breast with avacado oil & used butter w/ the goodles. I ate maybe a third of this but it was definitely good.
