IPF/USAPL Male Raw Strength Standards. It has been three years since I dug into openpowerlifting's data. This time I am creating more charts. This was my 1st meet in almost 2 years & my 1st in the -82.5kg weight class, I've only ever competed at -93kg and -90kg, so letting go of any previous numbers was part of it, especially on squat. I was the only competitor for M2 @ -82.5kg, so it was me against myself, and everything is a meet PR at this bodyweight. . . Weighed in at 81.9kg . . Squat 1st - 187.5kg 2nd - 195kg 3rd - 202.5kg (-5kg below my Meet PR at -90kg) . . Bench Press 1st - 90kg 2nd - 95kg 3rd - 100kg (Equalled my best in a meet) . . Deadlift 1st - 190kg 2nd - 210kg 3rd - 220kg (5kg Meet PR regardless of weight class) . . Total - 522.5kg (2.5kg All-Time Meet PR) . . This Meet was so much fun and organised really well. Thanks to the organisation and all the volunteers on the day. Made some new friends and said hello to some old ones, broke a few records, and challenged myself in a new weight class.
