Runbike Revolution2023-初陣- 全国決戦〜天下最速決定戦〜 青龍娘子隊 予備１ 12位 予選２ 10位 決勝 11位 前週月曜日にインフルエンザ発症して、参戦不可かなぁと思っていたのですが… 療養中も体調が回復した事から参戦を決意❗️ が、息子がインフルエンザ感染の為父娘の2人体制‼️での参戦となりました。 ご迷惑がかかりそうにも関わらず、「煌彩と走りたい」「会いたい」と沢山心配のDM頂きましてありがとうございました🙇 ぶっちぎりドベでも、青龍娘子隊のみんなと一緒に走れればと。幟が回収できれば🤣と。そんな思いでした。 予選1本目は流石に不安定で終わりましたが、2本目でなんとか意地を見せ… た所で力尽きました💦（やはり体力持ちませんでした😭） 車に戻り、仮眠を取って、ちょっと遊び、あまり食べれず、迎えた決勝戦❗️ 去年はガチガチで全く走れなかったのに、今年は入場演出中にこちらに手を振る余裕がある感じでした。 決勝の走りもしっかり狙った事をやってきたと思います❗️（まぁ届かなかったんですけど🤣） 終始笑顔で終われた全国決戦になりました。 全予選、決勝走り切りましたが、凄く良かったです😊 @wildrunner.llc レース運営ありがとうございました🙇今年もお世話になりました。兄妹参戦楽しかったです✨ れお元気になりました😊 れおは、またの機会にご挨拶に伺えればと思ってます🙇 @rockfishbike.jp フレーム入れ替えから始まったランレボ。去年よりみんなの背中が近かった。いい走りになりました❗️フレームとホイールのお陰です🙇 @takis.co.jp いつも有難うございます🙇50mも準備しておきます👍 卒業された皆様 ランバイクお疲れ様でした。無所属のショボライダーに沢山の方がわざわざご挨拶に来てくれました🙇 次の目標に向かって頑張ってください❗️ 青龍娘子隊の皆様 半年間お世話になりました🙇 皆さん仲良くして頂き、全国にお友達ができました✨また一緒に走れるように頑張ります❗️ あとはエンジョイカップ全力で挑むだけ❗️ また頑張ります‼️ #wildrunner #rockfish #takis #runbikerevolution2023 #インフルエンザ明け #なんとか走り切った #お友達みんなに助けられました #プレゼントも沢山ありがとうございました

・ ・ ・ ・ ★2024.4.14★ 東海理化 presents Run Revolution 2023-初陣- ⚔️全国決戦⚔️ 息子 予選① 12位 予選② 12位 決勝 13位 パパ 予選① 2位 予選② 3位 決勝 6位 息子は決勝レース前に、お眠モード😪w なんとか頑張って、最後まで走り切りました👏👏👏 結果は最下位でしたが、入場も誇らしい姿を見せてくれました☆ そしてパパは！ 予選はまずまずの順位でしたが、全国の壁は高く、スタートダッシュで着いて行けない🤣 決勝では転ぶ覚悟でスタート💨💨 加速中の不安定な状態で、隣の選手と接触🗯️ 見事に前宙返りの大技を決めました🤣🤣🤣 その後は、身体が動いてくれて再スタートを切ったが、最後までワチャワチャでした💦💦😂 派手に転倒したが、右腕負傷🩸と上半身打撲で済みました😚骨まで行ってなくて良かった😮💨 大会終了後に息子から 「パパ〜負けてもいいんだよ〜！頑張ったから！」のお言葉😭 パパ泣きそうに.... でもそれパパがいつも言ってるセリフ〜🤣 w 息子の成長を感じ、家族の絆も深まり今回の全国決戦は最高の思い出になりました‼️ また鍛え直して、全国に挑戦したいな〜‼️ #ストライダー #ランバイク #ランレボ #ランバイクレボリューション2023 #ランバイクレボリューションファイナル #runbikerevolution2023 #runbike #沖縄代表 #愛知県 #（株）東海理化 #wildrunner.lIc
ランバイクレボリューション 天下最速決定戦 2024/04/14 全国決戦 玄武B 煌生は9位でした。 とても悔しさもありますが、最下位も予想できたメンバーの中で健闘できたので煌生を褒めたいと思います。 ここしばらく観光などもできていなく、ランバイクのレースに行っても会場をあとにしたらまっすぐ帰るパターンが多かったので 初愛知県ということもあり観光😃 物凄く楽しかった^_^ また愛知に行きたいなと思ったし、全国決戦で各地を回るのも大変だけど楽しそうだなと思った。 普段のレースとはまた違う楽しい大会だった。 #南知多ビーチランド #ランバイク #okikobo #wildrunner

MEGA MILES MONDAY 🏃♀️ For the weekends without a medal, but still have the most epic adventure, this is the hashtag for Mondays! #megamilesmonday I just love the adventure weekends bring now. We decide where we’re going to pitch up in the camper and I whip out my route planning app and see what’s out there. And in Scotland, there are so many epic trails. 🏃♀️ This weekend is the last big run before the Highland Fling, with 40km to try and bag with some tempo work too. It just so happens that Kenmore to Killiecrankie via the Rob Roy Way was 40km! Magic! ✨ This was one of my favourite runs I’ve ever done. The route was amazing, the views spectacular, and I just love a point to point run. Especially as you can use the towns you pass through as “check points”. 🏁 This was the run I needed right now. After struggling with confidence, this put me back in line. Some chunky climbs, and big stretches of tempo effort, I was so chuffed to finish flying down the descent feeling strong. 💪 Nutrition is back in line again too! After having a couple weeks of the stomach messing around after the Stomach Flu, it’s back to behaving like steel 😅 and I’ve got a new game changer…bbq mayo sandwiches 😅 these were just the savoury snack I craved. 🥪 As much as I love these solo adventures, I am craving some chum runs again soon! Adventures 🏃♀️ With a day off work on Friday, we hopped in our camper for some adventures up North. ⛰️ A night at the Drovers Inn, one of the most haunted hotels in the UK 👻 before continuing our travels with a pit stop for me to run a bit of the West Highland Way. There is something about that route that brings me to life. And the weather was insane! Crazy wind and painful hailstones (picture 2 😅), yet I loved every second! Run done, we continued to out pitch for the night in Acharachle. A game of domino’s while the wind rattled the van. It was perfect 🤩 Saturday we explored a bit more of the area, Glenuig and Tioram Castle, and headed our next pitch at Ardtoe, where you pass the Monster Midge (photo 1)! The beaches here were teeny tiny but so beautiful. And so remote! Not another soul about. And no phone signal so we couldn’t even cheat at Scrabble 😂 Sunday is long run day! And I was excited to venture somewhere unique. There was a route I had mapped that could take me from Ardtoe to a wee place called Ockle. I had no clue what the route was going to be like, but that’s part of the fun, right? The first half was plodding along the single track roads and taking in all the dramatic scenery, a pit stop halfway down to the Singing Sands, beautiful white beaches and so quiet as it’s a 3 mile walk from the car park! From this point on the route started to form into a trail and a climb. Much more my cup of tea. Until it turned into a proper trail. Trying to pick a path through heather and marsh and bog was exhausting. But I was grateful to have Indie as she always seemed to find a way, and enjoyed watching me fall multiple times 🤪 nothing like extra adrenaline to get you through! The sun was shining, and the route was spectacular, photos will never do it justice. I also trialled a new fuel, I pureed sweet potatoes, maple syrup, salt and lemon juice into 2 pouches. That and a couple bananas did the job and went down a treat. Tuesday...pump up the quads and get the heart engaged on the stationary bike at the gym. Much more pleasant than the dreadmill with the cute little videos on the screen of country roads. Wednesday (like 90 minutes ago)...upped the 200yd hill repeats to 5k. Oftentimes the work is a grind that you simply do because it needs to be done. Sometimes the RPE, heartrate and recovery all shout at you, "This feels awesome, you're improving!" So, Hell yeah! Work = progress. Intent? Cross the start line, keep the legs churning, cross the finish line for 13.1. Done and done. Calico Racing's Labor of Love races out and back into Lovell Canyon. First race, or thought of a race, in a couple years, but the body felt good, heart rate relaxed, uphill was more enjoyable than down (nice little 1000ft of gain for a road race) and had plenty in the tank for the last few miles. Shoulda taken pictures of the start line, beautiful canyon and such, but more importantly, I met Lori @legacy_of_quinn in person at the finish line after she had run her first 10k in some time. Always a hoot to meet a social media connection in person and make a new friend! More racing to come. More training to execute on. More life to live well, but for now, an excellent Saturday! Had this idea of running in the pinon pines, so I headed to a favorite trailhead, Sawmill, a touch before you get to Mt. Charleston. NHP was parked in the middle of the 156 and forced a turnaround to anyone who didn't have a ski pass. Like, "Hey man, I just want to run and not ski." He responded with, "U-turn right here, right now." Dropped back down a couple thousand feet and found a seemingly endless dirt road populated with Joshua Trees that said, "Here I am, come take a run." The Goats said, "Pullover, let's go!" I'd been running road races of some sort and trails for fun since I was ten or so. First recollection of a trail run was Canyon De Chelly in the 70's when the world had fewer regulations and you could go wherever your Nike waffle soles would take you. At the time I ran with my friends at the Ragnar, which was an absolute blast, I had no idea of the trail & ultra racing world. Somehow it hit me in the face after that and I found myself running an Xterra race that I think was 18 miles. Not much in the grand scheme of things, but I had had this best friend who was struggling in his marriage for some years and decided to leave this life permanently a bit before that, and I ran that race unprepared for the most part thinking, "I'm gonna live twice as hard now since you can't." I have lost touch with that ideal in recent years. Time to reup on my commitment. I Runbike Revolution 2023 -初陣- Fブロック 関東予選 青龍Ａクラス 予備予選 2位 本予選 2位 Ａ決勝 3位 激戦の関東予選。青龍Aクラスにおいては、ファイナルよりも厳しそうなメンバーでした。 そんな中、最近調子良さげなほしは、予選も絶好調の走りで通過。 本人も勝ちたい気持ちを見せ、決勝では強気に誰も入りたがらそうなイングリをリスク覚悟で選択。 も、裏目にでて直線半ばで挟まれ失速😫 第1コーナーを5.6番手で曲がるのをみて、諦めて空を見上げた父ですが、ほしは全く諦めておらずコーナー直後に猛加速し、第2、第3コーナーで2つ着順をあげて表彰台圏内の3位に浮上😲これまで見たことない展開にびっくりでした❗️ 以前は途中でバテるケースが多かったのですが、最近は最後まで前を必死に捉えようと頑張るようになり、成長感じるレースでした💯 大会関係者の皆様、一緒に走ってくれたお友達、ありがとうございました。 #ランバイク #ランバイクチーム #東京 #ランバイクチーム東京 #クレイジーエンジン #thecrazyengine #strider #pushbike #papabike #6歳男の子 #青龍 #runbikerevolution2023 #wildrunner #極寒 #熊谷
サキ 朱雀娘子隊 予備予選 7位 本予選9位 B決勝 7位 寒さ、雨、長いコースで不機嫌マックス😑 ドタキャンはせず最後まで頑張れた！よし！ ※1コーナーまでは結構速かったんだよね。まじで練習さえしてくれれば。。 コウタロウ 青龍A 予備予選4位 本予選4位 A決勝7位 現実を見て目標は4位。しかし7位。RCSのAB準決勝だとしたらBになる。1コーナーで同時に入った選手は3位。この差をどう埋めるか。ラインをイメージできてないのと、逃げた走り。終わったあと家に帰って動画を見ながら走りの理由を尋ねると勝てないと思ったから諦めたと言うが、諦めたわけではなく、走り方、どう言うラインをとっていいかがわからないんだろうなと。 全速全開からのヘアピンの対応 イングリット、アウトグリットのラインどりの勉強 が課題。みなさんどうされてますか？練習会の時でもいいので教えてください😔 近畿ブロックは参加できない為、いったんRRの予選はこれで閉幕。ワイルドカードは順当に行けばいけるかなーと思ってますが、みんなの走りが気になるなー。ライブ放送楽しみにしています。 素晴らしい大会の運営ありがとうございます。チーメン、一緒に走ってくれたおともだちありがとうございました😊 #wildrunner #横浜本牧レーシング #runbikerevolution2023 #6才男の子 #4才女の子 #papabikejapan #fujinracing #cratoni #熊谷 #こんこや #熊谷練

I always wanted a "training effect". Perhaps I decremented the quality of the memories created, perhaps it was the only way to proceed towards maturity. Tonight I walked. Starting in the late afternoon daylight and finishing by the beauty of the human eye to identify variations and contrast between the heights of the rocks in darkness. Everything in-between was splendid. A walk allows you to listen; to the crunch of your steps, the chirps of birds, the scurrying of lizards, and the vibrations of a big rig downshifting...miles away on the highway rumbling in your chest like a whale's deep-sea greeting. Northeastern Coast of Bintan. 2014 and 2024. Glad to find a seat and some rest at the same roadside beverage stall, where I snapped a selfie and some photos back in 2014. The man in the photo was so happy to see a picture of him and his family 10yrs ago. While running and exploring northeastern coast of Bintan, while at Pengudang fishing village, I came across a sign with drawings of two dugongs. Curious if there were dugongs around the coastal area here, I decided to try asking around for more information. Luck was on my side. At a nearby house, I met Mr Udin who witnessed and recorded two separate dugong sightings. One was discovered dead at the floating kelong right in front of the village on 7 Dec 2010. Shortly after on 11 Jan 2011, another was found trapped alive at the floating Kelong. Mr Udin told me the villagers suspected the two dugongs were most likely a couple. The dead dugong was buried, while the live one was released after photos with the villagers. In 2015, a university team excavated the bones and made it into a skeleton model. This was on display in a building just next to Mr Udin’s home. I asked Mr Udin if there had been any new sightings since then. He shared that fishermen out at sea at night, especially during the full moon, sometimes heard sounds of their breathing. I'm disturbed by this; as a citizen, a father, a son, a grandfather, a brother, an uncle, and God willing I'll live to be a great grandfather. ▪️ As well, I am delighted with this day; wearing the new Goats, and trailsploring in Sloan Canyon. I've been out here on the single tracks dozens of times, but today I just rolled out on the wash/service road and took every turn that seemed fun or hill that needed ascending.
