Traurige Zeiten..... 🌈🌈 Gestern kamen zwei Minis. Das Mädchen kam an, um zu gehen. Im Inkubator hat sie noch kurz die Wärme genossen und dann ihr Köfferchen gepackt. 😔🌈 Und dann kam abends noch Winnie 😔 Der Kiefer deformiert und gebrochen, Fliegeneier auf ihm....ein ganz armer Tropf. Er bekam natürlich sofort Schmerzmittel. Und dann hat er tatsächlich gefressen. Das hat mir die Tränen in die Augen getrieben. Unter großen Schmerzen war der Hunger so groß. Heute war ich mit ihm bei der tollsten tollen Tierärztin....mit der Ahnung, dass die Verletzung sehr schwer ist. Today marks my greatest running achievement to date. It's the first time I've passed the marathon distance and I am immensely proud of this. It was a mix of path, road and some muddy trails just to cover all the bases, because of this mix in terrain I'm well chuffed with the time. Ostatni, start w kwietniu. Po zeszło tygodniowym crossie i mocnej piątce dziś dyszka na ziemi rybnickiej. Wartko! Z Jejkowic do Gaszowic był czystym spontanem którym sami siebie zaskoczyliśmy🤣 Wieczorem w sobotę, po kolejnym dniu pracy, rzuciłem na spacerze "jedziemy jutro do Gaszowic?" 🤣 Porozumiewawcze spojrzenie i stwierdziliśmy, że jedziemy na wycieczkę, jak uda się na miejscu zapisać - to lecimy. I tak też się stało. Po całym tygodniu pracy po 10-12 godzin i kilku luźnych jednostkach nie wróżyłem sobie najlepiej na tej nie łatwej trasie w silnie obsadzonym biegu. Wręcz zastanawiałem się trochę po co mi to i po co nam to wymysliłem🤣 A tutaj niespodzianka, od początku puściło wszystko. Nóżka się rozhulała, mimo że od rana ważyły chyba z tonę, aż tak, że do 7km szedłem tempem na mocno poniżej 37:40. Siadło trochę między 7,5 a 9 kilometrem, bynamniej nie z kryzysu a ponad kilometrowego, mocnego podbiegu. Niemniej nie straciłem głowy i w pełnej kontroli, przyspieszyłem na mecie, na którą wpadłem w czasie 37:58 jako dziewiąty zawodnik i trzeci w kategorii wiekowej! Nie powiem, autentycznie byłem zszokowany tym wynikiem co jednocześnie udowadnia, że mimo ciężkiej zawodowej pracy, można spokojnym treningiem oszlifować formę. Dominika natomiast wygrywa swoją kategorię z znajdując się w czołówce kobiet i zgarniając dodatkowo nagrodę specjalną, ufundowaną przez Radio90! Teraz lekka odsapka, środowy start i do boxu, maj w treningu by ruszyć w lato na pełnej! Oby siadło. Na koniec specjalne ukłony dla organizatorów i ludzi z gminy! Jesteśmy oczarowani poziomem i atmosferą która nas u Was zastała. Żywiołowy, szczery doping na całej trasie, punkty kibicowskie, nieoficjalne punkty żywieniowe tworzone przez kibiców. #rip Harry, du besonderer, außergewöhnlicher Kater. Du hattest keine Angst vor Fremden. Du hast von jedem Streicheleinheiten gefordert. Unser jährlicher Hofflohmarkt war dein Highlight. So viele neue potentielle Streichler und fast jeder ist deinem zum Teil sehr aufdringlichen Bitten nachgekommen. Zumindest hast du jedem ein Lächeln ins Gesicht gezaubert. Auch wenn du einige Baustellen hattest (FIV, 15 Jahre, chronische Pankreatitis), ist es doch ein Schock. Im Oktober hattest du eine Phase, in der du nicht gefressen hast. Da war schon von einschläfern die Rede. Du hast dich aber wieder gefangen und es länger geschafft als wir gedacht haben. Uns war aber klar, dass du noch so eine Phase kraftmäßig nicht schaffst. Und es war wieder diese Phase. Beim TA warst du "gut" drauf, so dass sie erst nur zu Appetitanreger, Schmerzmittel geraten hat. Danach hast du aber wieder in der Box gelegen. Kraftlos. Es war unglaublich schwer, aber wir hatten schon die Erfahrung gemacht, dass wir zu lange gewartet haben. Den Fehler wollten wir nicht noch mal machen. Wir haben dich bis zum Ende begleitet. TÄ meinte irgendwann, wir können auch rausgehen. Aber das kam für uns nicht in Frage. Du hast uns 5 Jahre deines Lebens begleitet. Da schuldeten wir es dir, dich auf deinem letzten Weg zu begleiten. TÄ hat auch gemeint, was für eine schöne Einstellung. Es ging auch sehr schnell. Das hat gezeigt, dass du keine Kraft mehr hattest. Harry, wir danken dir, für die letzten Jahre. Another great race in the books!! Haven't raced in a while, so was feeling a little nervous going into it, but ended up killing it and feeling great to boot.
