Set on You by @amyleabooks Review: So I started this book whilst on holiday, but this was not one of my 24hr finishes. I took my time of this one for sure, and for good reason. Despite being hooked onto this book, as well as it being a TikTok Sensation, I had to be careful not to get lost in the storyline. This story tackled a lot of personal issues some people have to deal with on a daily basis, but also showed us how to overcome them, and how to be confident in your own body and skin. There is no one to tell you otherwise. On the flip side, to have a supportive partner at the end of it means the world. I loved the characters back and forth chemistry, constantly challenging each other, and then giving their relationship a go, despite what the trolls have to say. Looking out for love by @sophiamcoutts Review: A beautiful book indeed. Full of laughter, giggles and addiction. This was an easy read and a very entertaining read. The mixed emotions of happy and sadness really did bring the story line to life. The characters were portrayed in such an elegant manner bearing in mind that it tackles quite sensitive topics, the aura of the characters were portrayed beautifully throughout. The author did a really good job in upholding the storyline, ensuring that the characters did not get lost and they all held their own personalities. I had seen this book all over bookstagram, so once I got my hands on it, I knew this would be my holiday read. I also completed this in 24hrs by the poolside, and I absolutely loved it. The crime thriller was easy to navigate, easy to follow and a lot clearer to understand in comparison to others. The storyline was amazing, and the characters even better. 🤔Strange Sally Diamond by @liznugentwriter 🤔 Review: In the first instance, I struggled to actually get into the book. Normally I am hooked by the second chapter but this definitely took me up until the 6th chapter to actually get in, and understand the first part of the storyline. But once I was in, I can say this did not disappoint at all. The storyline is one that I struggled to put the book down with. Each chapter was another cliff hanger one after another, which made it even harder to put the book down. It was that, ‘just one more chapter’ vibe! 🎿The Resort by @sarah_goodwin_author 🎿 This was a mind boggle- someone so close, to be such a betrayal! The storyline was quite slow at the beginning and I struggled to stay connected to the story line, however when I got into about the 8/9th chapter, that is when it started to get a lot more interesting. The different clues, and different turning points made the story a whole lot more interesting and worthwhile to read. It’s shocking how someone so late can be of such betrayal vibes, clearly not caring, and leaving one in a haunted cabin the middle of no where. A set plan which was executed to the top. The storyline was a slow one, but once you got it, there was no coming off. And again another book which I finished once glued in, within a day!
