Anche in mancanza di una buona genetica, in presenza di leve sfavorevoli e con un metabolismo tutt'altro che veloce si può costruire qualcosa di abbastanza decente, basta il giusto connubio tra buona alimentazione, allenamenti costanti, programmati e tanto tanto impegno, forza di volontà e determinazione, il mio dorso qualche piccolo risultato l'ha portato a casa alla fin fine dai (differenza quando mi allenavo a caso e male, senza curare l'alimentazione, sopra; e l'inverso invece sotto), zero filtri, zero modifiche ma solo tanto duro lavoro dietro! I did the following exercises below to failure so I could determine where I stand. This will allow me the ability to compare as I progress. Stepping on the scale before going to the gym I weighed in at 227lbs.
