These are some of the items at trader Joe’s that are absolute staples for me on a low histamine diet. 👇👇👇 🍝 Gluten Free Tagliatelle Pasta - I do not know what makes this pasta so dang good, it's just corn and rice pasta, but it is so tasty! Hands down my favorite gluten-free pasta. 🔩Brazil Nuts - being one of the few nuts that you can have on a low histamine diet, these have become a staple in my pantry. 🫐 Freeze Dried Blueberries - these make a great quick snack to eat straight from the bag or to toss in a bowl of oatmeal. 🥥 Coconut Cream & Coconut Milk - Do you know how hard it is to find a coconut cream or coconut milk that does not have some kind of additive in it? I'll tell you…it's stinking hard! Anytime I make a Trader Joe's run, I grab one of each. 🥬 Organic Green & Red Cabbage with Orange Carrots - OK I know this seems really random but it's a great option to sauté up with a little salt and butter and eat straight from the pan or toss in with some rice and chicken for a quick lunch or dinner. 🐭 Fresh Mozzarella Cheese Snackers - fresh mozzarella is one of a few cheeses that you're able to eat on a low hisamine diet. But the only downfall with fresh mozzarella is it has to be eaten pretty quickly once it's opened. These little snackers keep you from having to open a big package and it going to waste.
