分享下”做生意”嘅經驗 Studio 大大話話都run咗接近7年 雖然無講得上好有規模 但無做臭咗個花朵,對於我嚟講,都算成功😂 (或者可能其實有我唔知🤷🏻‍♀️,但我對得住自己) “做生意” (因為仍然無覺得自己係做緊) 最緊要「勇」 勇於解決問題 勇於承擔風險 勇於承認錯誤 勇於面對失敗 「錢解決到問題就唔係問題」 聽落好似好奢侈,亦有人曾經話過我 但好真實 最難嘅問題,永遠係人同人嘅問題 講起嚟有啲傻,講返一開始點解會開studio 除咗乜乜遠大理想之外 當初其實係因為唔想面對同人嘅問題 個時接手咗某老師嘅私人班 當時嘅學生俾緊$50一堂 但其實市價係$150 教咗兩年之後,我就鼓起勇氣同啲學生講我要加價 我好記得呢一句說話: 「好呀,你加啦,加$5好啦」 (如果當時人見到,千祈唔好覺得我怨你,我其實好感激) 當時我就諗,我每兩年加$5,我教一世都追唔到市價 更何況以我嘅經驗同「優秀」🤣 就係咁,我的起心肝,要由頭嚟過。 當時傻傻的以為,離開咗個個環境,就唔會再有呢啲「人嘅問題」 但原來我只係由地獄1樓,跳咗落18樓 成為「老闆」,原來係四面受敵 客人會要求你 業主會無視你 員工唔明白你 以前有唔止一個人問過我同一個問題 「其實你會唔會發脾氣」 基本上係唔會😂 有時因為要處理事情覺得唔開心嘅時候 最多都係搵人講下,講完就無嘢 最嚴重一次,都係因為客人嘅要求 私底下發脾氣好大力咁打個lift制😂 然後都係要處理 最近聽到有人咁講 成功嘅人係勇於解決問題嘅人 失敗嘅人會將問題歸咎別人 到依家我仍然好感激自己當時嘅勇氣同決定 姑勿論studio成唔成功 呢個都係一個令我成長嘅地方

Ardha Chandrasana (Half Moon Pose) In Eleven Steps: 1. Begin in a standing position at the top of your mat, with your feet together. 2. Root down through your left foot, engaging the thigh muscles. 3. Step your right foot back, creating a comfortable distance between your feet. Your front foot should point forward, and your back foot should be at a slight angle, about 45 degrees. 4. Extend your arms parallel to the floor, shoulders relaxed. 5. Hinge at your left hip, reaching your left hand down towards your left shin or the floor. The right arm extends straight up, creating a straight line from the top fingertips down to the bottom fingertips. 6. Your gaze can be directed straight ahead or towards your right hand, depending on your comfort and balance. 7. Shift your weight onto your left foot. 8. Begin to lift your right leg off the mat, keeping it straight and in line with your torso. Engage your core to help with balance. 9. Simultaneously, start to open your hips and shoulders to face the left side of the room. 10. Extend your right arm towards the sky, creating a straight line from your right fingertips down to your right foot. 11. Flex your right foot and keep your gaze either at the floor, straight ahead, or towards your right hand. The inflowing and outgoing breath are the winds of your life force the yin and yang manifested. Just as each wave that washes ashore carries with it an undertow that is the memory of the out flowing tide each inhalation carries the residual space of the exhalation. Pause after the peak of your inhalation and you will feel the gravitational pull of the exhalation. Pause after the end of the exhalation and wait for the energy to start to flow on its own don't force don't push just wait for it. Let the breath emerge from the vacuum on its own like a rebirth. You will feel a force moving through you that brings the breath in like a wave and you will feel the spirit that is the grace behind your life. Look for it be sensitive because it is subtle and if you rush it or tense up you'll miss it. To amplify the stretch around the lower back and hip, land the forearms on the ground. 6. Viparita Virabhadrasana. Strengthens the legs. Stretches the inner thighs and is a great opener for the side body. It helps to release tension from the intercostal muscles (muscles between your ribs), which will greatly benefit your breathing. Sometimes we forget that the body is doing the breathing. So when we want to improve our breath, we shouldn't work with breathing exercises alone. Find a way to prepare for fuller deeper breaths by preparing your body. The way I am demonstrating the shape can be too intense for some. There are many variations. Ask your teacher to help you make this shape more accessible. You can even practice it on a chair! Spread the fingers, point the elbow creases toward each other, push the floor away with strong shoulders, bring the ears by the upper arms. 2. Adjust the hand placement to find your sweet spot, generally where the hip is bending at about right angle - hands away from the feet demands core and arm strengths; hands closer to the feet demands hamstring flexibility. 3. For experiences, point the tailbone up to the sky to arch the back and stretch the chest, and point the tailbone down to the ground to round the back and stretch the hamstring. 4. In case of shoulder pinching, try bring the shoulders away from the ear and down toward the floor by tucking the elbows toward the ribcage. 5.
