IT Chapter 2 (2019) 8.5/10. I waited until this was out on DVD because, fun fact, clowns are one of my biggest fears 😂 After 27 years, Pennywise is back and the losers must come back to Derry. Thrilling and emotional, as the characters come back together to defeat IT once and for all. Run time of 2 hours and 49 minutes but I never got bored, in fact I was surprised it was over so quickly. The casting was phenomenal...Bill Hader really stole the show (and the end scene left me in tears) There were many callbacks from the first one, including things we haven’t seen with the kids and it was nice to get a feel for the first movie again. However, you don’t see much of pennywise and what you do see was like 95% CGI. The first movie was definitely scarier but the second was a satisfying conclusion. As for the series as a whole, I feel like fans of the original IT (movie and book) will like the little Easter eggs that are sprung in every so often. #itchapter2review #itchapter2 #it #stephenking #moviereview #thelosersclub #critic

So last month I went and saw It chapter 2 and honestly it is a great movie, I just didn't think it was better than it chapter 1. The reason I say that is because as some of you know I have read the book and while chapter 2 does stick a little closer to the book than then 1990 miniseries, I honestly there was some stuff from the parts that involved the adult losers club that I was kinda expecting to be shown in this movie since it the runtime was almost 3 hours. For example the character of Tom Rogan(Beverley's abusive ex-husband) is much more a presence in the book than in both the mini series and 2019 sequel to the 2017 film. I understand that you can't film everything from a book which I honestly agree with due to certain legal restrictions. Also I thought the way the film was edited was just slightly off like one minute there will be this really great scene but then all of a sudden it will switch to a completely different scene. With that said what do I think about the actors? Well if I'm gonna be honest they all give off some really great performances especially bill hader as adult Richie. As for the effects well they ranged from oh that's an okay effect to oh my God this looks awful; for example the film uses the de age effect on the young losers club since the actors have aged a little bit since chapter 1. Aside from that the film is alright but not as good as chapter 1. Do I recommend this movie? Yeah. #itchapter2review

Got to watch this movie last night before I went to sleep. I didnt expect it to be really messed up they really did a good job remaking this. They changed alot but in a good way. They left the important parts of the storyline alone. They added alot of different things to make it scarier. I feel everything they added was definitely good. It made it better than the original. If you like horror movies I suggest checking this one out when it comes out on DVD. . . #IT #stephenking #stephenkingsit #itchapter2 #itchapter2review #moviereview #review

IT: Chapter 2 Review: An overstuffed but entertaining sequel IT: Chapter 2 takes us back to Derry 27 years later, where the Losers Club face Pennywise again. Directed by David Muschietti, this second part is a satisfying sequel and while it’s not really scary at all or good as the first but it’s thoroughly entertaining. The cast is a standout with Bill Hader absolutely being the best thing about the film. His presence gave the film more energy and brought some great humor that landed. The rest of the adult cast is great at embodying characteristics of their child counterparts, yet managing to bring something original to their characters. While each of them got varying levels of development (not as much as the first), Bev and Bill got slightly more while Mike and Stanley are turned into plot devices, it was nice to see the gang back together. The child actors in their scenes were good too, the de-aging effects were pretty noticeable but their interactions with each other were nice enough that it didn’t bother me too much. Bill Skarsgard was great as Pennywise even if he doesn’t get that much time and wasn’t particularly scary. A specific character also comes back from the first, but this addition didn’t feel essential as it didn’t have much impact on the film, and could’ve been removed. One thing I loved about the first was how it was more of a coming of age character driven film than a flat out horror. However, the second chapter definitely tries to be more of a ‘horror’ film as more character driven sequences are cut short in favor of scares. I found the scenes where the characters interacted with each other were a highlight of the film, rather than a barrage of jump scares. There is a repetitive formula used in the first half where each character has flashbacks to fill in the blanks before a scare comes. This was fine at the start but lost it’s effectiveness towards the end, as it just simply wasn’t scary anymore. . . CONTINUED IN COMMENTS . . Have you seen IT Chapter 2 yet? Let me know what you thought of it below!

It Chapter 2 is 169 minutes and I could feel every second of it.  I did enjoy the first thirty minutes or so but there isn’t enough happening for a three hour movie.  So many scenes didn’t seem to go anywhere or serve a purpose. They go through the same formula over and over to pad out time.  One thing I liked about the first were the characters. Seeing them grown up was amusing at first but it got dull fast. I found myself not really caring about them which is sad because they were trying so hard to keep them interesting.  Another thing I liked about the first was the fact that it didn’t rely on jump scares to frighten the audience. Whenever Chapter 2 tries to be scary, it does. It’s hardly even a horror movie. It’s more of an action movie. My biggest positive it that I think the adult cast do a great job at being a believable future for these kids.  It Chapter 2 is a competently made, dull, and disappointing sequel that’s at least trying. I don’t hate it. I definitely don’t love it. I would hesitate to recommend it. #itchapter2 #itchapter2review #itchapter2film #itchapter2movie #itchapter2movie🎈🎈🎈 #itchaptertwo #itchapter2moviereview

So I recently saw It: Chapter 2 I went in absolutely knowing I would LOVE this movie....I've never been so incredibly wrong. Spoiler free thoughts: Chapter 1 was so good imo because while it wasn't a line for line adaptation, it did a brilliant job of communicating the same themes and building off them. They completely abondoned this for chapter 2. They all but spit in the face of the themes. It felt incredibly disrespectful. Even looking at it as just a movie and not an adaptation, it's still bad. The plot didn't make sense, the characters didn't have good chemistry in my opinion, and the actors I KNOW can do a great job at actually acting just DIDN'T for some reason. It also tried to be a comedy which I didn't care for. Yes, I think horror should have funny moments. It makes the scary moments more intense, but this was too much. Spoiler Ridden Thoughts: Making Richie gay could've been good. In fact I'll say it's one of the few things they did right when you view it as a modernization because it fits with the theme of being othered. Would have been great if, again, they didn't spit in the face of every other theme. Childhood belief and it's magic mostly. This is a nit-pick but it bugged me: they made a HUGE deal with skateboard kid yet REFUSED to have him say the famous line from the book "You can't be careful on a skateboard mister." They had so many opportunities and just didn't. It bothered me because again it feels like disrespect. Also it dropped like 2 major plot points. Bev's abusive husband and Bill's wife. If the movie didn't want to bring them into the plot, it shouldn't have shown them. It wanting them to come back as also completely out of character and made no sense. Overall: extremely disappointing. Chapter 1 is great for the kids part of the book, for the full story watch the old movie or read the book. What are your thoughts? Should I do more reviews? 3/5 As a fan of the original movie series for It,(maybe mostly due to nostalgia) I’ll try not to be biased and review this movie in its own right. I also have yet to read the book. I couldn’t remember the first chapter well so the flashbacks definitely lent some of my memory back. I thought they possibly tried too hard to veer away from the original movies - and therefore Stephen King’s books as well - though they are minor details that don’t affect the overall plot. I think there was enough consistency between the child characters and their adult selves; their chemistry was believable. The horror graphics and effects were a great show of how far movie technology has come, I bought what I was seeing rather than noticing the ‘fakeness’ of it. I even jumped and got a little chilled at parts. I feel like this story is open to many interpretations and for me personally it’s hard for me to quite make sense of it. I’m reminded of Stand by Me a lot. I suppose ultimately it’s a story following a group of mixed up kids triumphing over fear and finally living their lives the way they want to. #itchapter2 #itchapter2🎈 #itchapter2movie #itchapter2🎈🤡 #itchapter2review #review #moviereview #review #stephenkingit

IT: Chapter 2 struggles with the same issues that almost all sequels have which are following a highly praised and successful first part. This movie stumbles to find its own version of the first part’s narrative style which was that of an adventure thriller with horror elements. Still, it finds an almost smooth pace which didn’t require too much strain to follow. Also, this time, the horror element has been turned up quite a few notches and does give some genuine scares. But another area of trouble is the main writing of the characters who are now grown ups and this basically steals the genuineness of these characters which was a USP of the first part. Also, the length of the movie can be an issue for many. Clocked at 2.50 hours, this is definitely a long movie but I should say that it, for 90% of time, didn’t bore me. To sum up, the treatment of the source material has been done with reverence, which pushes IT: Chapter 2 over the line of good sequels, though not the great ending the first deserved. #itchapter2 #itchapter2review #hollywoodmovie #moviereview #stephenking #andymuschietti #jamesmcavoy #jessicachastain #myreview #drunkencritic

It: Chapter Two *Spoiler-free* Review - 90% A brilliant addition to the first movie, scary in all the right ways - with some jump scares and genuinely horrifying scenes (won’t spoil it but when you see it, the “spider thing” freaked me out). The acting was superb, the cinematography and special effects were incredible - the fear and humour were intertwined expertly just like the first, to make an incredible ride. If you enjoyed the first one then I can see no reason for you to not enjoy the second - for such a long runtime, the pacing is excellent. I really enjoyed this film, as I did with the first one - both are top-tier horror films, expertly put together, I cannot recommend enough! Also the Stephen King cameo was fantastic, it definitely made me smile!

IT: Chapter 2... 7.5/10. The Good: Bill Skarsgard is awesome once again as Pennywise, superb casting of the adult characters especially James Mcavoy, some damn freaky & disturbing scenes, some very funny moments. The Bad: Didn’t feel as well thought out as the first film, some bad cgi in parts, I didn’t buy the romantic relationship that develops between two characters, hated the origin story of where IT came from, some scenes felt silly rather than scary, VERY long film. Verdict: Though IT: chapter 2 didn’t reach the potential that part 1 achieved, we still had fun with it, it’s funny but silly in parts, and though it has its very creepy parts- I never found it scary. Even so, considering all this I would still recommend giving this a watch, I enjoyed it a lot! #bodapproves #itchapter2review #pennywise #jamesmcavoy #it #stephenking #jessicachastain #billhader #billskarsgard #review #reviews #reviewer

It's more like a dark fantasy movie and tats not something bad. I extremely loved the movie though not as much as first chapter. Chapter 2 is a solid 7.5/10 for me. "It" was really scary in this movie and the Richie's childhood scare scared me the most. Also loved the cameos of Andy and Stephen King. There are subtexts about domestic abuse and homophobia although the later one is really violent and make one uncomfortable as there is no retaliation to the behavior whereas in the domestic abuse scenario the retaliation is instantaneous. Bill Hader as Richie Just STOLE THE SHOW. @itmovieofficial #itchapter2 #stephenking #losersclub #ilovederry #horrormovies #wbpictutes #filmreview #itchapter2review

As the anticipated film is about to be released in theaters, if you are looking for some creepy clown action, fulfills those needs as Pennywise the Dancing Clown returns to terrify viewers with his massive razor-sharp mouth and malicious smile. Even though this may be an unpopular opinion, was better than . Funny, scary, and emotionally satisfying, 's bigger and broader premise allows the top-notch cast to tie together an emotionally satisfying ending that leaves a strong impression. After 27 years the Losers' Club defeated Pennywise, the evil clown returns again back to Derry, Maine once again to terrorize the town. Now as adults, each of the members of the Losers' Club are far from Derry and all went their separate ways except for Mike Hanlon. After each of the kids swears an oath to come back to Derry if Pennywise were to return again, when people in Derry start to go missing, Mike, who has been in Derry for the past 27 years, calls each of the members-Bill, Ben, Beverly, Eddie, Richie, and Stanley-to come back to Derry. All of them are reluctant at first, but they seem to forget why they feel that way as they all forgot their memories from their childhood back in 1989. After they reunite, Mike tells them that each of them must dig into their past and find "tokens" of sacrifice from that summer so that it can be used in a ritual to destroy Pennywise. But in order to destroy the tokens, they must face their darkest  fears as the evil clown's attacks become nastier and more gruesome. . I know this post is not related at all to korean/chinese/asian drama but I just have the strongest urge to post on this movie thanks to the friendship and bromance quality of the film. Guess still not over the friendship /bromance of #theuntamed. However the only Chinese related stuff we got here is Chinese diner and fortune cookies. The whole story is related to the journey of a group of friends in overcoming their guilt and fear. The film is a fear Bible that encapsulate every kind of phobia existed out there, arachnophobia, coulrophobia, claustrophobia and a lot other phobia in between. The bromance is cool and tragic, think #shutupflowerboyband minus the girl and love triangle, the love line is perseveringly waiting for 27 years, think #whatswrongwithsecretarykim and the ending is rather... Tragic.. But not in the bad way. (pardon the drama reference). I'm not going to rate it cause the beauty is in the eye of the beholder. #itchapter2 #itchapter2review #notaspoiler

IT CHAPTER TWO (2019) so this pass Thursday we saw IT chapter 2 @gurleengeezgawrss | I was pretty excited to see IT chapter 2 regardless of disliking the first chapter. I’m definitely not a fan of the IT remake whatsoever 🤷🏻‍♀️ So chapter 2 takes place 27 years later after pennywise disappears & the losers have to come back to finish what was started. As grown adults I liked way better then the kids 😂 but the movie didn’t deliver 🙅🏻‍♀️ it was dull boring & silly! I think they spent way to much time with the back story of each character going back & forth. My other issue was not seeing pennywise as the clown 🤡 as much but rather more of a shapeshifter which I get but in the original you see him more as the scary OG clown 🤡 the movie wasn’t scary in general they rely on a lot of jump scares. I didn’t like the play by play of the movie because it reminded me of watching the original IT but in this century 😂 like updated with a few changes 🤷🏻‍♀️ this made me dislike the remake even more then I originally had. Not to mention the ending was absolutely ridiculous & seriously silly 🙃 I couldn’t even take it serious 🤦🏻‍♀️ I couldn’t wait for IT to literally be over 😀 plus the CGI was awful 😂😂🤭 This remake should just Float Away 🎈& be forgotten for 27 years 😂 #sorrynotsorry #itchaptertwo #itchapter2 #it2019 #pennywisetheclown #pennywisethedancingclown #billskarsgard #pennywise #thelosersclub #andymuschietti #jessicachastain #beverlymarsh #jamesmcavoy #billdenbrough #billhader #richietozier #isaiahmustafa #mikehanlon #jayryan #benhanscom #jamesransone #eddiekaspbrak #andybean #stanleyuris #witnesstheendofit #itchapter2review #khwatchesof2019 #cinephile #moviebuff #notmypennywise

Rating: 8/10 ‘IT Chapter Two’ may not be as satisfying as ‘IT Chapter One’ but that doesn’t mean it isn’t good! The movie isn’t as grounded and pure as chapter one, but is adulthood ever really as pure as childhood?! I thought the adult casting was pretty spot on and loved their chemistry! I do wish we got to spend more time with the adult loser club together as a group, but I must say Bill Hader steals the show! The movie is long and not as scary as chapter one, but don’t worry you won’t get bored because Pennywise is back and there is so much crazy shit going on! 🎈 . . #it #itchapter2 #itchaptertwo #itreview #itchapter2review #pennywise #billhader #jamesmcavoy #jessicachastain #billskarsgard #stephenking #stephenkingbooks #horror #horrormovie #movie #film #cinema #movienews #filmnews #cinemanews #moviereview #bekindrewindreview #bekindrewindreviews #bekindrewind

IT Chapter 2 (3/5): it's a hard story to tell and condense even in a 3 hr run time. I enjoyed chapter 1 more but it's also a more straightforward story, but I feel this movie does a good job dealing with childhood trauma. Bill skarsgard as pennywise has been great both movies, Bill Hader owns the last third of this movie.

IT Chapter 2 Review . 🎈 . Fear. It's something that defines us in a much more deep way that even we can't imagine. Even the little things in our life can bring the fear in our life. Even the things we seem to like, or the things we found the most beautiful in our life can also turn out to be the part of that fear that we feel. Like poetry, those words that you wrote for someone you love purely and to let them know by it but then at the same time it's a part of your fear and there's nothing you can do about it. Fear doesn't understand that definition of being a grown up or being a kid, it comes anyway in any manner, in any possibility. When we are kids, mostly by the grown ups we are being told, if we didn't listen to them a monster will come and take you away and with no realization of what the kid will go through, the kids understands the fear or how it feels to be feared by something you don't know. . IT 2 is all about facing your own fears that you faced for the first time in your life when you were a kid but now it's time to face it again. Every character had their own fears individually connected to their pasts, entangled to the things they love the most or even hate and to them itself. When they all left their fears and decided to move on with their lives and to forget what they been through, fear called them back to where IT all begin. . For me, IT 2 was the best conclusion you will ever see for a horror movie. The 2 hrs 50 mins may sound long for a "horror movie" but if you ask me, the movie had it's own good discipline, it's own structure to follow with the references of the book, it did not follow the book line to line and if it had been then 2 hrs 50 mins could've been just the half part of the movie. I won't say anything about the story ( no spoilers ) 'cause you should experience IT by yourself. For me, pennywise just made me fall in love with him more🎈. . ( Contd In The Comments )

"It: Chapter 2" from the year 2019 (169 minutes, supernatural horror) 🎈 Defeated by members of the Losers' Club, Pennywise returns 27 years later to terrorize the town of Derry once again. Now adults, the childhood friends have long since gone their separate ways. But when people start disappearing, Mike calls the others home for one final stand. 🎈 I really liked this movie! The casting of the adults is amazing. The actors look very much like their child counterparts and do a great job acting like them as well. Yes, it is quite long with over 2,5 hours runtime, but it didn't at all felt like it. I was never bored. I know that most reviews on this movie is mixed, but I personally really enjoyed it and I would totally watch it again. Maybe it is not as good as the first one, but it gets very close. Oh, and this movie is surprisingly quite funny. As a person who normally doesn't really watch horror movie, I also found this film quite scary. Also, I haven't read the book, so I can't say how accurate this movie is. This film is not perfect, but to explain thay would be spoilers, so I will post a spoiler-filled talk next weekend. 🎈 All in all, I would recommend this movie to fans of the first IT. #itmovie #itchaptertwo2019 #itchapter2🎈 #itchapter2 #itmovie🎈 #pennywise #billskarsgard #jamesmcavoy #jessicachastain #billhader #andymuschietti #horrorfilm #horror #rock #cine #roquerocinefilo #rockerocinefilo #cinefilia #cinemalover #itchapter2review #itchaptertwo #itchapter2edit #itchapter2experience #itends

It Chapter II review⁣ ⁣ I must say that this was one of my most anticipated movies of the year. 2017’s IT kinda restored my faith in the genre. While it wasn’t necessarily scary per se, it was refreshingly different from other “horror” movies. The cast of kids elevated an already awesome story and they couldn’t have found a better actor to play Pennywise. Everything just worked in my opinion. ⁣ ⁣ Fast forward to 2019 (or 27 years if you will) and we have the 2nd and final chapter of a wonderful but chilling story. While Chapter 2 doesn’t quite capture the magic of its predecessor, it does provide some pretty wild and downright brutal moments. The film opens with a punch to the gut. I actually found myself wanting the scene to be over. I thought that scene would be a tone setter but I was mistaken. Don’t get me wrong, IT definitely has some rough moments but it also doesn’t take itself too seriously. There are jokes and laughs a plenty and none of them take away from overwhelming circumstances the losers find themselves in. ⁣ ⁣ Since we’re speaking of jokes and laughs, the casting was nailed perfectly yet again. Each one of the adult counterparts manages to capture the personality and even the mannerisms of their younger selves. I felt like I could really be looking into these kids futures. (Sorry Finn) Even after 27 years apart, the sense of family and friendship was still as strong as ever. ⁣ ⁣ The only issue I had was the de-aging technology used on Finn Wolfhard. Most of the kids remained relatively the same but I’m sure all the Stranger Things fans would agree that Finn has grown up quite a bit in short time. So while it was necessary to use, it wasn’t always the cleanest. ⁣ ⁣ In conclusion, while I may not have thought that this was as good as the first one, it was a more than capable follow up...so go see IT!!! ⁣ ⁣ 7.9/10 ⁣ ⁣ #itchapter2 #itchapter2review #Horror #moviereview #review

🎈🤡 *NON SPOILER REVIEW* The second half of the IT story has always lacked the charm of the coming-of-age kids story that proceeded it, and IT: Chapter 2 is no exception. Pennywise always feels more imposing through the eyes of kids. In an effort to rectify this they have added in a series of flashbacks that take place before the losers clubs first showdown with Pennywise. These to me hinder the flow of the film and pad out the 3 hour runtime unnecessarily. On top of this the actors who played the kids have of course aged since the first movie. So they have used the Marvel de-aging technology. .. Only badly. This resulted in the already unnecessary flashback scenes also feeling jarring. There are also a few decisions in the movie that come of as a little cheesey. Some of course are drawn directly from the book, but sometimes certain things work better on the page than on the screen. Still... There's some very good scenes and it's good to see Pennywise shapeshift more this time around, even if it is at the expense of skarsgards screen time. The screen time he does have though he once again shines in. The set pieces are fun, and the cast do an awesome and convincing job of playing the adult losers (My favourite being Bill Hader) . Whilst I didn't find it scary, I still saw it as an enjoyable dark fantasy with a mostly satisfying final act. 6.5/10. IT chapter 2 🎈 🎈 I really loved the first one and the second one is right there with it! Next to Pennywise which the extra screen time, he’s amazing! But Bill Hader stole the show!! He was so good! 🎈 The music, the acting, the flash backs it was all soo good! When Pennywise was on screen I was eyes wide open, movie needed a little more of that. Although the adults just sitting at the table was a great scene too. The scares were definitely F’d up this time around. 🎈 My one complaint is it’s way too long. I was actually kinda excited when the run time was announced, but I thought maybe more pennywise or more action I don’t know! But all we got was drawn out mostly love scenes. What I mean by that is no one really cares who Beth ends up with!! Like why do they keep these drawn out shots with dude starring at her 😂 🎈 It’s not a big deal but length could be cut. That and some weird special effects on the kids. Like why?😂 like I’m generally scared for Hollywood if we CGI kids now. I’d much rather see a beard on the kid then CGI baby face. Overall I still loved it! It had its scares! Acting was great! What’d y’all think? Let me know! 🎈 🎈 #pennywise #it #itchapter2 #scary #horrormovies #cup #movietheater #amc #cinemark #collection #horror #halloween #moviescenes #movienews #movienight #moviereview #itchapter2review #riseofskywalker #bluraycollection #funko #funkocollection #fridaythe13th #fridaynight #movies #movieblogger #starwars #playstation4

IT: Chapter Two. 2019 (Cinema) TOO MUCH CLOWNING AROUND? 27 years have passed since the events of the first movie and 'The Losers Club' must get back together to defeat Pennywise once and for all who has returned to the town of Derry on another murder spree. After a very promising opening scene I strapped myself in as 'IT Chapter 2' showed up on screen but unfortunately there were very few times that the movie lived up to it's early promise. Don't get me wrong there were some great moments but for every positive there was definitely a negative. The story just felt a little muddled and most of it was just Pennywise taunting one of the Loser Club members, then another and so on. This all leads to a final third act which seemed to take up most of the 2 hour and 50 minute runtime as it slogged towards it's end. The CGI is overloaded too which takes away any fear factor and I felt like the same jump scare was used on me over and over again. I just got used to it. On a more positive note, the casting was great with Bill Hader being the stand out performer who was a real bright spark throughout. Of course Bill Skarsgard was on point again and has really made the character of Pennywise his own. I did like the first movie but I do feel it is overrated, however it is definitely the better out of the two films. It was a fun ride getting to see my favourite novel adapted into two parts on the big screen and this is still worth a watch despite it's flaws. Fun Fact: Stephen King has a cameo in the movie Best Moment: When Beverley visits her old apartment. Probably the scariest moment of the film. Best Quote: Eddie to Henry Bowers "Lose the mullet it's been 30 years man" Score: 6/10

It Chapter Two is AWESOME 🤡🔥 Het is een geweldige Horror/Sequel/Comedy/Memory Lane film! It Chapter Two is de Avengers: Endgame van horror 😅😎🔥 #itchaptertwo #itchaptertworeview #itchaptertwomovie #itchaptertwomoviereview #itchapter2 #itchapter2review #itchapter2movie #itchapter2moviereview #it #it2 #it2019 #itfilm #itfilm2 #itmovie #itends #loserssticktogether #pennywise #clown #27 #review #rating #film #movie #moviereview

CLC’s #IT Chapter Two Review: Though darker in tone with perfect older Losers Club castings and inventive scare sequences, Chapter 2 is an hour-overlong, ill-paced, closure-less slog with messy plotting, underwhelming finale, and insufficient Pennywise exposition. 5/10. “You’ll float too!” It’s been 27 years (2 actual years) since we last visited Derry and Pennywise the Dancing Clown is back! 2017’s It movie was a personal favourite movie of mine. To me it represented my childhood, where my friends and I would form groups, similar to the Losers. Like the Losers we felt like we were unbeatable when we were together. 2017’s It was special. But that was only half the story. It: Chapter 2 completes Stephen King’s story and even adds to the 2017 film’s story. It’s 27 years later and the Losers are now adults, whom are brought back together to honour vow to stop Pennywise once and for all. This film feels different. The visual effects has increased due to the higher budget, however I feel it takes you out of the reality of the story due to the obvious CG rendered monsters. Besides from a few jump scares, the movie tries to cover a lot and might feel like it drags as it’s almost a 3 hour film. I did like the new grown up Losers cast as it was easy to see which character match up with their younger counterparts. In a weird way, I still can relate the adult Losers as we grow older, friends may grow apart over time, but we’ll reunite for the right cause... or we hope we will, which the Losers in the film have a hard time doing. I do feel the success of the first film may have hurt this film as it tries hard to do everything and give more of a cinematic blocker buster feel. Instead it should have continued the pace of the first film and tightened the story. I still enjoyed the film and I’d recommend it anyone that wants to know the complete story. With that said, the film story could have had a better legacy by stopping after the first film. My Score: 🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈🎈/10 - There is no mid and/or post credit scene. #it #itmovie #itchapter2 #youfloattoo #pennywise #pennywisethedancingclown #losersclub #itends #loserssticktogether #stephenking #jessicachastain #jamesmcavoy #billhader #weallfloatdownhere #itchapter2review #nonspoilerreview #spoilerfreereview #moviereview

One... two... 🎈🎈🎈 You cannot count how many scares and surprises this movie has. I'm definitely floating! IT: Chapter 2 | PHC Honest Review DERRY, AFTER 27 YEARS IT Chapter is directed by Andy Muschietti (Mama) who also directed the first chapter. All can say is that he really did better on IT Chapter 2. Just like his previous films, he can make horror movies with a heart, and IT Chapter 2 scary emotional rollercoaster ride with a heart (oops spoiler😅). I must warn you. IT Chapter 2 is packing with lots of scary surprises and cool horror moments that is not recycled or jumpscares that you've seen before, but FULL-ON ADRENALINE SCARES AND THRILLS! The horror of IT Chapter 2 will shake you for a moment. PENNYWISE THE DANCING CLOWN I don't think that "Dancing clown" is enough to describe Pennywise on Chapter 2. He did a lot (like A LOT), ways to scare the losers club. Out of the box scary moments that sometimes hilarious and so dark. It won't disappoint. Bill Skarsgard once again nailed the role of Pennywise. On chapter 2, we get to know more about Pennywise, but i don't really care to know 😅. Pennywise is more vicious this time! And he will break your heart. Yes Pennywise, my heart burns there too. (ooops spoiler 😅). THE LOSERS CLUB The adult version of the losers club really captured the chemistry and the characteristics of the young losers. Going back to Derry after 27 years is also like a reminder to us that we need to face our past issues in order for us to truly move on and answer all of floating questions we have to ourselves. In chapter 2, we get to see how are they now, how will they face Pennywise as a Losers Club and individually. Bill Hader is funny and great on his dramatic moments. I love the movie for taking its time to dive in once again to each character. You'll feel like you are part of this group, that you are a loser, and you're always will be. 💔 ANYWAY IT Chapter 2 is a relentless scare and fun. Tons of surprises and special appearances. The almost 3 hour run time is worth it. Every second of IT. #itchapter2 #it #StephenKing #pennywise #thelosersclub #jaedenlieberheredit #finnwolfhard @wbphils @

Finish novel (again) ✅, Attend industry screening to see #ItChapter2 ✅ I feel so privileged that I was one of the first people to see It Chapter 2 last night. Anyone who knows me knows that it’s not only my favorite King novel (tied with Carrie), but one of my favorite stories of all time. We waited a long time for the remake and it delivered. Bill Hader & Jessica Chastain were absolute standouts and stole every scene they were in. If I’m being 100 percent honest, the ending was a bit lackluster than I expected, but it delivers on what us fans ultimately wanted. A little more gruesome than it’s predecessor, it definitely had a few moments that took me by surprise. That’s it for me because 🤐 no spoilers! . . . . #ItChapterTwo #ItChapter2 #ItChapter2Review #StephenKing #YoullFloatToo #BillSkarsgård as #It aka #PennywisetheDancingClown, #JamesMcAvoy & #JaedenMartell as #BillDenbrough, #Jessica #Chastain & #SophiaLillis as #BeverlyMarsh, #BillHader & #FinnWolfhard as #RichieTozier, #JayRyan & #JeremyRayTaylor as #BenHanscom, #JamesRansone & #JackDylanGrazer as #EddieKaspbrak, #IsaiahMustafa & #ChosenJacobs as #MikeHanlon, #AndyBean & #WyattOleff as #StanleyUris
