It really resonated with me as I heard the sad news yesterday about a lovely lady I knew from primary school who had passed away. Angela was super brave & was very open about her illness. It’s so heartbreaking 💔 that she lost her beautiful life at such a young age. Tomorrow is promised to no one. Choose joy at every possible moment. Don’t allow yourself to get bogged down by things like the weather or the mundane stuff in life. Grab opportunities, believe in yourself & most of all enjoy your life. You only get one chance at it. So, this is 60. When you start doing what you’re meant to do, doors will open for you that wouldn’t for someone else. It’s not about you losing weight. It’s losing baggage. 🧳 It’s not about looking better, it’s about looking inside closer. Knowing what you want and doing it. 💃 Your fitness is meant to serve your life. Not serve as selfies. Have you noticed people in art museums and at concerts seem as or more intent on taking pictures of themselves in it than of seeing it or remembering it? 🎯No judgment… I love a selfie to save a memory too. But is it me or aren’t we a bit swept up in that vs living the moments the first time? 🎯To tell a story later we must live one. Let’s start making the memories. You know how sometimes the book is better than the movie?
