Seed cycling is a natural and easy way to fuel your body and balance your hormones through consuming seeds at different times of your cycle. The idea behind this method is that by eating specific seeds during specific phases of your menstrual cycle, you will naturally support and balance your hormones. Specifically, pumpkin seeds and flax seeds are recommended in the follicular phase (At the onset of bleeding, considered cycle day one, through ovulation, is defined as the follicular stage of the menstrual cycle) as they contain nutrients that may reduce PMS symptoms while also supporting the necessary nutrients necessary for ovulation. National Protein Week 2021 or Right To Protein, a nation-wide protein awareness initiative is urging citizens to focus on the consumption of 'quality protein sources'. The goal is to educate citizens about foods that are deemed as 'quality protein'. Sharing my own fatloss journey to motivate all the people who are yet dependent on someone for cooking their meals and thinking "bhaiya aj nhi kal se diet krunga and the kal never comes or mere ghar fancy plans koi nhi banaega toh diet shiet nhi hota." Let me tell you I didn't loose my weight from 85 kgs to 65kgs by any fancy diet. I just chose simple ghar ka khana and with proper balanced nutrition and complete whole foods. I also went to Dominos, KFC and etc and ate too but just utna hi jisse mann ko tasalli mile. Cheat meals ya apne mann ka khana is important to give you the satisfaction and to stop overeating or craving for foods. In my journey (which is still in progress) nothing is impossible if you have the 3 D's in your life as mantra- 1. Desire- I you want anything you always try to get that up. So desiring is the first step of your journey. 2. Discipline- If you want your desire to get fulfill you have to keep on motivating yourself- a proper diet, exercise and good sleep is mandatory. Sticking to your routine and moving ahead is the second step on the way of fulfilling your desire. 3. Determination- You have to be determined to never give up no matter how hard the situation is making the desire your priority and working for it continuously is what leads to your success story. So after the poll I came to know that honestly 5-6% only knows about fodmaps diet, but that's fine I'm here to share with all of you what is fodmaps and who can really go for this diet. Basically FODMAP is a type of diet where the group of carbohydrates work on the IBS diseases and make them relief in short. This diet included wheat, lentils, milk, dairy, honey etc. This diet is exclusively for IBS i.e. Irritable Bowel Syndrome or the person suffering from digestive issues. The diet have different stages and low fodmap diet is suggested to begin with.
