Hello everyone! Just so you know not writing for days makes my head buzz because I have so much to say to you but doing so seems nearly impossible because I'm out here trying to find my footing in the city that once grabbed me by the hair and threw me out in blood-tide ugliness. It gets heavier as the day progresses but I'm trying to think about leaving my hometown is not a mistake. For now I can't even tell. As far as I know I'm striking life blindly until I feel the crunch of its back break empty. I'm so lonely and I can't even find my heart to weep.

I think to be an artist is to be constantly striving. To be afraid of how those around you may perceive both you and your work, tethered together by a hand crafted umbilical cord - and to share it anyway. To laugh, cry, love and hate yourself throughout the process and to decide its all worth it just so that you can share yourself with the world, and hopefully have the world share something back.
