Meditate, journal or just contemplate what's been happening and what you want to achieve. What your dreams are and how you actually feel about things in all aspects of your life. As the card says... "Only you know what it is you truly desire". Letting yourself have time to just 'feel' into a question or idea can give some very profound and deep insights into the course of direction to take. It shapes our thoughts, influences our actions, and guides our decisions. It’s the foundation of our values, the anchor of our convictions, and the compass of our conscience. It’s the fuel that drives our passion, the wind that lifts our spirit, and the light that illuminates our path. It’s okay to believe in things we don’t understand, for belief often transcends the realm of understanding. Understanding, on the other hand, is the process of making sense of something. It’s about gaining knowledge, acquiring insight, and achieving clarity. It’s about unraveling mysteries, solving puzzles, and deciphering codes. Our memory is an interesting thing… We remember from our own perception of what we ‘think’ and what we feel happened. Yet if someone else is asked what happened and they experienced the same thing, it can be a totally different interpretation…as we each have our own upbringings, conditionings, trauma, ideologies, beliefs, stories and so on… I believe it’s essential to validate our experience and feelings as our truth and it’s also valid to inquire is that a truth I want to keep carrying in my body? Is that a truth that is supportive for my healing and growth? Without bypassing what happened or what we feel, yet gently opening the door to explore from a place of contemplation. I find it so useful to play with inquiries, to explore the stories I hold dear in my mind and what I believe to be true. And every now and again when I am ready to let go…a story drops, a belief about something I thought to be ‘true’ changes and then my experience of that also changes. Pretty cool how that works. AND being patient with this process has been so important for me, as the stories change when we are ready and that happens when it happens…we cannot rush our own healing or our evolution. Yet we can reach out for support, we can purifying our mind’s perception with practices/rituals, we can clear our body from toxicity, we can take responsibility for our life, and as we take responsibility (ability to respond), we take back our power. This is at least what I’m practicing, if you don’t subscribe to the ‘we’ here, please dismiss it🤍 P.S. I’m not speaking here to deep personal or collective traumas, I’m speaking to experiences we keep having that are not serving us and to inquire the stories we hold dear about these experiences. ~Zlatka
