Today they say we are 13 weeks Officially in our second trimester I am still 🤢🤮 most of the day But have been getting a bit better everyday Still told to not lift things and high activity (still going through some experiences that rest is just needed but so far baby is healthy and doing great) We officially know what we are having and have been discussing the last week how to surprise my children (thinking of doing a reveal with them and then will share with all, happy for just a healthy child but know they want to know.. more so Rj, he said to me from day one he feels it’s a boy or just prays for a brother as he has so many sisters already) Cravings have been well.. fresh meats, vegetables, fruits but only apples lol.. my love of watermelon and all fruits are not as accepted by baby and come back up, Purium’s goods, water and apple juice for the win. Have gained 13 lbs in just my tummy, booty, and thighs as have been eating more meats and such than I had in the last 3 years. (Body goes anemic during pregnancy for me - normal reaction for me during all my pregnancies but now know don’t need those problematic iron pills, getting it from our food has been more harmonious but a lot more meats have been craved due to am assuming) All genetic tests came back for baby as all low risks and healthy happy baby. I am very grateful. Update for housing and son Rj We have officially worked out all the kinks and are moving these next few days into our new place and feel some bit of relief there just need to get it all out of here and in there by 29th. My son has two hernias on each side of him and they want to do surgery when he is done with this semester in school during summer. They will go in through his belly button and fix both sides in one shot. Prayers please. This is his first surgery ever and he is nervous (so is mama but being positive and proactive) Thank you for all your help Today I will be posting the last of my stones for sale to help with all these events Thank you!! I know sounds crazy, right….why the hell would be afraid of the good and things that are for us? #1 Because we are HUMAN #2 Because Growth& CHANGE can be Scary&Uncomfortable AF #3 Triggers- Receiving Mode activates any and EVERY tigger within which therefore triggers our EGO to go into protection mode and try to keep us “safe” aka settling and playing small …and we all know we have NO time or space for playing small or sleeping on ourselves,what’s possible, and or our lives… -We are ABSOLUTELY NOT AVAILABLE for that noise -PERIOD- So what do we do.. •You allow yourself to feel it- every freakin ounce of it- FEEL IT! 🌊 ride the wave bb! •SIT IN IT! LEAN all the way in 🪑 •LISTEN & Ask Questions..make space to understand your trigger and the noise….yourself 🪞 •LOVE YOURSELF through it and give yourself GRACE✨ Again…LOVE YOURSELF in this moment, in the “mess”, in the uncomfortable, in the”void”,the “low” and know you’re experiencing exactly what you need to be, you’re learning exactly what you need to be. Jako fizjo uroginekologiczna mówię o tym od wielu lat. To samo robią wszystkie moje koleżanki. Ponieważ ,,żyję w bańce fizjoterapii uroginekologicznej" często myślę, że już wszystko wiesz. Wychodzi na to, że żyję w błędzie. Bo tak nie jest. I jeśli nawet będę się powtarzać. Przynudzać😜🙃 To krótko wracam do tematu zdrowia kolejnych pokoleń. 🙏 nie zmuszaj dzieci do siku i kupy, 🙏 nie ucz chodzić bez potrzeby-uczucia parcia do toalety przed spaniem, wyjściem z domu, 🙏 kup przenośny nocnik i zabieraj ze sobą, 🙏 ,,natrzymywanie" w powietrzu - chyba wszyscy kojarzymy lub pamiętamy🤦♀️ nie jest dobrą praktyką. Stopy przy wypróżnianiu potrzebują podparcia. 🙏 dzieci są mądre, rozumieją.
