Green Goddess Potato Salad Recipe Using Sankhya Farms Infused Basil Oil Ingredients: 1.5 pounds small new potatoes, halved 1/4 cup Sankhya Farms Infused Basil Oil 1/4 cup Greek yogurt 2 tablespoons mayonnaise 1 tablespoon lemon juice 2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley 1 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon 1 tablespoon capers, chopped 1 small shallot, minced 2 cloves garlic, minced Salt and pepper to taste 4 hard-boiled eggs, quartered 2 avocados, diced 1 cup arugula or baby spinach Instructions: Boil potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and let cool. In a large bowl, whisk together Sankhya Farms Infused Basil Oil, Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, lemon juice, chives, parsley, tarragon, capers, shallot, and garlic. Southwestern Pasta Salad using Sankhya Farms Infused Basil Oil: Ingredients: 250g pasta of your choice 1 cup black beans, cooked 1 cup corn kernels, cooked 1 red bell pepper, diced 1/2 red onion, finely chopped 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped 1 avocado, diced 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled 2 tbsp lime juice 3 tbsp Sankhya Farms Infused Basil Oil Salt and pepper to taste Optional: sliced jalapeños for spice Instructions: Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Words cannot express the feeling of seeing OG NYC Stoked Athletes , who pre-pandemic had been taking my classes in person for decades, merge with the KSFITAPP Stoked Squad Community who have been pushing play day after day for 4 1/2 years. Greek Lemon Potatoes with Sankhya Farms Infused Basil Oil Ingredients: 4 large potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges 1/4 cup Sankhya Farms Infused Basil Oil 2 cloves garlic, minced 1/4 cup lemon juice 1 teaspoon dried oregano Salt and black pepper to taste 1/4 cup vegetable broth or water Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish) Instructions: Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a bowl, combine the Sankhya Farms Infused Basil Oil, minced garlic, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Toss the potato wedges in this mixture until they are well coated. Place the potatoes in a single layer on a baking dish and pour any remaining oil mixture over them. Pour the vegetable broth or water into the bottom of the baking dish. Cover the dish with foil and bake for about 40 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender. Remove the foil, increase the oven temperature to 450°F (230°C), and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes or until the potatoes are golden and crispy. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley before serving. Side Dish: Greek Salad Ingredients: 2 large tomatoes, diced 1 cucumber, diced 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced 1/2 cup Kalamata olives, pitted 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese 2 tablespoons Sankhya Farms Infused Basil Oil 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar Salt and black pepper to taste Fresh oregano leaves (optional, for garnish) Instructions: In a large bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, Kalamata olives, and crumbled feta cheese. In a small bowl, whisk together the Sankhya Farms Infused Basil Oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine. Garnish with fresh oregano leaves if desired. We've recently added incorporated the latest Force Plate technology into our assessments, giving us greater insights into our clients' strength, power output, balance, and asymmetries. With sound testing protocols, Force Plates can be use to asses more than 20 different movements from squats and jumps to isometric strength tests, functional flows (i.e. sit-to-stand), and balance evaluations. A new addition to our comprehensive Longevity Assessment is Grip Strength Testing using a state of the art dynanometer. Grip strength is a critical and often-overlooked component of functional fitness and long-term health. Multiple studies have demonstrated correlations between a strong grip and a longer life. Grip strength is not only a key indicator of overall upper body strength and muscle mass but also plays a critical role in training technique and injury prevention. A weak grip can impede one's ability to perform other exercises (pullups, deadlifts, etc) and even activities of daily living like opening a jar or twisting off a tight cap. Even for well-conditioned athletes grip strength can be a limiting factor when their hands fatigue before larger muscle groups. Poor grip strength is also a liability as it can be the difference between a stumble and a major fall. The ability to rapidly apply clamping force to stabilize oneself is a powerful self-defense mechanism at all ages, and can literally be the difference between life and death for an older person. Luckily, it's never too late to train to improve grip strength, and that starts with understanding your baseline. Our Grip Strength test provides a detailed report for each hand along with normative data so you can benchmark your results against various populations. Mediterranean Pasta Salad using Sankhya Farms Infused Basil Oil Ingredients: 250g pasta (such as fusilli or penne) 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved 1/2 cup diced cucumber 1/4 cup sliced black olives 1/4 cup diced red onion 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley 1/4 cup toasted pine nuts 1/4 cup roasted red peppers, sliced 1/4 cup marinated artichoke hearts, chopped 1/4 cup diced salami or smoked turkey (optional for added protein) Salt and pepper to taste Sankhya Farms Infused Basil Oil Dressing: 1/4 cup Sankhya Farms Infused Basil Oil 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar 1 teaspoon honey 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard Salt and pepper to taste Instructions: Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water. In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, black olives, red onion, feta cheese, basil, parsley, pine nuts, roasted red peppers, artichoke hearts, and salami (if using). In a small bowl, whisk together the ingredients for the dressing until emulsified. Pour the dressing over the pasta salad and toss gently to coat everything evenly.
