Try my 15 minute home workout , Girls ! My idea in this sequence is to knit together the key muscle groups to tone and set you into motion making sure no muscle gets under -used! Swipe ➡️and save for later 👌 CARDIO blast - THIGHS and ABS on FIRE using light weights🔥 If you’re a beginner you don’t have to use the light weights . How strong are your TA's, and how do you recruit them within the core unit that's the real question...
