You might not know this but ↓ I was an adult athlete who was excited to push my fitness as far as I could in the CrossFit world. I was talented, excited, and willing to do whatever it took. But after injury followed injury, it was impossible to continue to push at the same intensity and volume I was CONVINCED you needed to train at in order to improve as much as I felt I needed to. In the past, our support staff has efficiently delivered ultrasound therapy and microcurrent devices in cases of injury, alongside conducting assessments of the individual's current condition.
