📌 🅼🅸🆃 🆁🅴🆉🅴🅿🆃 📌 🔔 𝗞𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗼𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗹-𝗚𝗻𝗼𝗰𝗰𝗵𝗶 𝗺𝗶𝘁 𝗰𝗿𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗵𝘆 𝗛𝗮𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗻𝘂𝘀𝘀-𝗖𝗮𝘀𝗵𝗲𝘄-𝗣𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗼. ✅️👍 Zutaten (4 Portionen): 40 g Tomaten (getrocknet) 40 g Cashewkerne 40 g Haselnusskerne 2 Knoblauchzehen 60 ml Olivenöl 400 g Gnocchi (ich hab' sie selber gemacht) 100 g Butter Salz, Pfeffer (nach Geschmack) 30 g Parmesan (gerieben) Rucola (nach Bedarf) Zubereitung: Die Cashewkerne und die Haselnüsse in einer Pfanne ohne Fettzugabe anrösten. Anschließend in einen Mixer geben. Das Olivenöl, die Hälfte der Tomaten und den Knoblauch zugeben. Alles gut mixen, bis die gewünschte Konsistenz erreicht ist. Mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken. Ca. 2 Liter gut gesalzenes Wasser in einem Topf zum Kochen bringen. Die Gnocchi in den Topf geben und etwa 5 Minuten leicht köcheln lassen. Danach abgießen und gut abtropfen lassen. In einer Pfanne die Butter erhitzen, die Gnocchi goldbraun anbraten, danach die restlichen Tomaten dazugeben. Die Pfanne vom Herd nehmen und die Gnocchi mit dem Pesto vermengen und gut schwenken. Auf gut vorgewärmten Tellern anrichten, mit Parmesan bestreuen und mit Rucola garnieren. 🥔Crispy Smashed Potatoes with Gribiche🥔 Smashed potatoes are probably my favorite way to cook potatoes, with their crispy outsides and soft, fluffy insides, truly the best of both worlds. Throw in some roasted asparagus and a bright gribiche, and it’s a perfect vegetarian meal that still has plenty of protein from the eggs in the gribiche. Though they’re supposed to be hard-boiled, that’s my least favorite way to eat eggs, so I soft-boiled them, which made them messier but tastier and a little easier to incorporate them into the sauce. There’s acidity from the olives and white vinegar, and smashed cucumbers help freshen and lighten it all up. Also, I have to give a shout-out to these beautiful plates I picked up recently from @echeri_ceramics! They’re not too big, and the high ridge is great for keeping everything contained. Before the Duramax pt 2️⃣ Detroit Diesel 6.2L - 1982-1993 Before the Duramax and before the 6.5L Detroit Diesel there was the 6.2L Detroit Diesel. This one was introduced in 1982 and made 130hp and 240 ft lbs at launch. Later the numbers were bumped to 160hp and 285 ft lbs. Again, in today’s diesel wars those number seem so odd because current Duramax has close to 3.5 times the horsepower and almost 4 times to torque. This 6.2 GM put in a lot of vehicles including the pickups obviously 1/2,3/4, and 1 tons, Suburbans, Vans and even in the Chevrolet Impala for a bit. In most of these vehicles the mpg you could get with these was 22-30 mpg. Vehicles that had the 6.2L had badging all over but I think the coolest was the hood ornament. Unlike the 6.5L I have driven one of these and it…does the job. My grandparents had one for a welding truck they bought new in 82 for their farm. It’s still in use today still out there welding and fixing farm equipment. Ingredients: • 4 ounces cream cheese, room temperature • ⅓ cup butter, room temperature • ½ teaspoon salt • 4 cup confectioners’ sugar • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract • 2½ cups coconut flakes Instructions: 1. Use a mixer to combine the cream cheese and butter, and slowly add in the sugar and salt. Add the vanilla and coconut flakes, and mix until combined. Refrigerate for 30-60 minutes. 2. Leek bacon and potato pie. The weather turned, I wanted a pie, alright? who wouldn't? who doesn't enjoy crisp shortcuts, silky leeks and salty bacon. immediately comforting. In a massive miscalculation, I realised too late that I didn't have any plain flour and had to use bread flour instead! there were no obvious ill effects and the pastry was, if anything, even more glossy and soft than usual! I made my pastry, then rested it in the fridge for an hr. I sautéed the bacon in a heavy pan, turned the heat down and added the leeks, seasoning and fresh sage, put the lid on and simmered for 15mins. In the meantime, I boiled some diced potato in salted water. I greased the pie dish with butter, then lined it with pastry and blind baked it for 10 mins at 180º with baking beans, then 6 mins without. I added flour to my leek and bacon mixture to make a roux, then added whole milk and grated cheddar for the sauce before adding in the cooked potatoes, I poured this into the pie base, then covered it with a pastry lid. A quick glaze with egg wash, then back in the oven for 25 minutes. Perfect! Un autre test d'une recette que je n'avais pas faite depuis longtemps - voire jamais faite : les Knödel autrichiens qu'on appelle knedliky en Tchéquie, knedle en Bosnie, dereje ou gombost en Roumanie, bref qu'on fait un peu partout en Europe centrale. En été on les fait avec des prunes ou des abricots ce qui est beaucoup plus simple mais j'ai voulu faire le malin et essayer avec quelque chose de saisonnier : de la compote de rhubarbe, ce qui est très bon mais nettement plus difficile à enfermer dans une pâte à gnocchi (à la pomme de terre). Mais j'ai réussi ! . [ RECETTE ] 🥔🌶🫒🍋 Quand je vais à Jersey j'aime revenir avec 1/ des teacakes (si vous ne connaissez pas, éloignez-vous de ce piège, composé d'une base de shortbread, d'une boule de guimauve légère, le tout enrobé de chocolat au lait... bref) 2/ d'un pot de black butter, cette confiture de pomme épicée qui se marie si bien au fromage et à la viande blanche 3/ d'un sac de Jersey Golds. La Jersey Gold est un des trésors culinaires de Jersey (le teacake étant une specialite britannique tout court) avec le lait des vaches Jersiaises, les huîtres et les homards. Cette pomme de terre bénéficie d'une AOP et se vend de mars à juillet. Dans pas mal d'endroits à la campagne on vous laisse vous servir et laisser les pièces dans la boîte qui va bien. On peut acheter en début de saison la version nouvelle, qui ressemble à la Noirmoutier. Chair ferme et charnue, petit goût de beurre, elle aussi est cultivée dans des champs baignés d'embruns. Voici une recette toute simple à l'apéritif qui rappelle les patatas bravas espagnoles. Le plus important ici, c'est la sauce verte qui réveille ! 500 g de Baby Jersey Golds (ou de grenailles...) 4 c. à s. d'huile d'olive 4 gousses d'ail 4 brins de thym Sel. Pour la sauce : 1 piment vert marocain 4 gousses d'ail rôti 1/2 botte de coriandre (ou de persil, ce qu'il y a) 1 brin de cebette 1 c. à s. de jus de citron Huile d'olive Sel. Laver et couper en 2 ou 3 les pommes de terre. Les placer dans 1 plat sur 1 couche avec les gousses d'ail. Arroser d'huile d'olive, parsemer de thym et de sel.
