This season, we’re excited to be showcasing two Anti-Hero releases from the Yeowarra Hill vineyard: the 2023 Anti-Hero Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. 2023 Anti-Hero Chardonnay “This reflects the cooler than usual 2023 vintage with marvellous acidity and drive on the palate. This is for those that prefer a slightly more elegant expression of Chardonnay, but there is no lack of flavour or character here. Vi kjørte idylliske småveier langs kysten til Sitges, men utrolig koselige strandhus 👌Her var det surfing som var det store 🏄♂️Tok innover i landet og ramlet over et vin destillery - Pares Balta. Kjempehyggelig familie som åpnet nesten alt jeg pekte på 😂. Deres cava, PB Historic selges bla på polet hjemme. Kom oss inn til tønnene hvor vinene oppbevares- og de skrøt uhemmet av norsk laks 😂Videre kom vi til et mer kjent navn- «Torres», og mye større sted, med en svær restaurant. Jeg tror jeg har drukket mest av rødvinene deres. Litt annen mottakelse her, og vi kunne ikke prøvesmake noe som ikke var åpnet😜. Her var det mye historie å lære, da dette var en vingård med generasjoner. Så også her kart over «vinveien». 9.5/10 🇺🇸Every wine lover has a favorite, says for it “This one reflects me perfectly.” @dessera_bag_evi has been producing good wines in Kırklareli for years. This wonderful blend, produced from Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz, Merlot and Caladoc grapes with the consultancy of French oenologist Xavier Vignon, is one of the best 1-2 wines I have drank in Turkey. A masterful use of barrels, an aging performance that defies years, and a perfect balance. It contains a special grape such as Caladoc (a hybrid of Malbec and Grenache). Regardless of its ratio in the blend, it makes a difference, especially in Thrace. At 9 years old, it is still a wine with a strong backbone, ruby color, well-rounded tannins and layers. Dark fruits, tobacco, black pepper, licorice and currant become more evident after decanting. Body is medium+, acid is evident although not lively. [ QUEL OM 💫 ] - Cher Benoît, il y a un an, je t’écoutais parler de cette viticulture pleine de bon sens qu’est la biodynamie lors d’une conférence que la Champagne Lunaire m’avait demandé d’animer. Tu y expliquais ta vision, ta recherche d’équilibre, ta quête du juste et comment tu prenais le temps de travailler en harmonie avec le vivant. Avec toi, l’expression « vins vivants » prend tout son sens. Je te retrouve aujourd’hui à Ambonnay sur ton Domaine pour découvrir qui tu es vraiment. Tu sors du rang, c’est vrai, chez toi, tout est subtil, réfléchi et va dans le sens de la vie. Dans ton vignoble, le pas hypnotique d’Urbano et le geste bienveillant de Mickaël sont en parfaite symbiose pour travailler ton lieu-dit « Le Parc » qui abritait autrefois un château féodal. Dans ta grange, je découvre l’eau de pluie que tu dynamises, des dessins aux couleurs chatoyantes, des symboles puissants et les plantes que tu sélectionnes soigneusement pour protéger, nourrir et régénérer tes vignes. A la sortie, j’aperçois ta mieillerie sous terre, ton potager communautaire, tes hôtels à insectes et ta future bulle dans laquelle tes visiteurs pourront méditer. Dans ton chai, construit avec du béton informé, tes vins sacrés évoluent en musique sous l’énergie bienveillante de Tara, divinité protectrice du Tibet. Dans ton antre, un ancien couvent, que tu as refait à ta vibration, j’entends encore le rire lointain des orphelins flotter. Chaque dégustateur possède son propre chemin de dégustation et d’éveil. Tes vins sont pour moi une bénédiction. Purs et cristallins, ils sont venus dialoguer avec mon âme. 👨🌾 Since April 15, a team of twenty young seasonal workers joined us to carry out vine splitting. This operation consists of manually removing the young branches from the counter-buds. This meticulous work makes it possible to reduce crowding of vegetation and therefore the risk of disease, but also to control yields, as a guarantee of quality 🍇. - 👨🌾 Depuis le 15 Avril, une équipe de vingt jeunes saisonniers nous a rejoint pour réaliser des dédoublages.
