There is wisdom in letting things go. There is wisdom in letting things slide away and not putting too much emphasis on everything. It is ok if things aren't perfect. It is ok if things are really really messy. It is ok if nothing makes sense or if things don't go the way you wish them to go. It is ok if people don't agree, and it is ok if people have different ways of communicating. It is soooo ok to let people be the way they are. There is great freedom in being content with who we are and not to expect people to behave a certain way or to do things in a "better" way. It is healthy to not take everything too seriously when you know love is there. People are different and sensitivities too. Learning to let people feel and think what they are feeling and thinking is the most freeing experience I am having at the moment, especialy being a super sensitive one. By letting people feel what they feel and experience their own currents, there is room for experience our own currents and beingness. This year, I am realizing more and more that my relationship with myself is the most important relationship I have in my life. It is the basis of all relationships and all dynamics, including the one with Source. Becoming less and less concerned with what people feel and think is not only refocusing me on my own experience, it is also allowing me to be more present. My understanding of relationships is really deepening and I def see how that can be exhausting if we are too caring for the wellbeing of others and too attached to the connection with another.
