Hurt people can get messed up mentally after a breakup or a traumatic experience. It messes them up so badly that it can affect their mental capacity. If they do not heal from what hurts them, they carry that pain around with them. It is possible for you to know if your partner is mentally healthy. A mentally healthy partner will demonstrate good communication skills, empathy, emotional stability, and a willingness to work through challenges together. Before I started using a GLP-1 medication I would have been nervous seeing a picture someone took of me candid. I would have quickly taken it to an app editor to work my magic as best as possible to make the pill of my body easier to swallow. The whole Estate is beautiful and well kept, the woods were brimming with🌿🌺🌸 Bluebells, anemones, primroses, and wood sorrel, and The Strid was spectacular enough that some folks didn't want to get too close for fear of falling in🏞! 💦As for the stepping stones... that was an entirely optional route at the end of our walk.🚶‍♀️ Some loons decided it would be fun to wade through the river, whilst the rest of us used the bridge.🌁 💚I absolutely adore this community of like-minded walkers we have produced with Abigail's Trails 👣. We went out last night for Jamie’s and my 8 year anniversary.. this account is actually older than our relationship which is weird 🤣 we went to @wearezizzi who are super on it with recognising allergens. We had a bottle to show there was an allergen on the table, the little tablets they use to take your order was purple to signify that too and then my food came out with a sticker. I had the Meat Sofia which was super nice even though it was quite cold and the crust was a bit burnt and hard🍕

I had my first gf restaurant experience (other than the odd sandwiches) and was pleasantly surprised by @pizzaexpress. All gf food comes out on a black slate unlike everyone else’s meal. It was a bit too tomatoey for me but was still very nice! They are @coeliacuk accredited too :) I also had the gf brownie which was weirdly crunchy but it was okkkk

What a magic 24h. Set off at 7pm yesterday to drive up to Threlkeld to play a small part in helping my mate Shirley smash out a sub 21h BG 🔥💪 Was lucky enough to spend the early hours of this morning with great company dancing, chatting and singing our way across the Dodds and Helvellyn range on L2 lit up by magnificent moonlight, still winds and not a cloud in the sky (a far cry from the last support I did on here in June 22 where it was like being stuck in a middle of a washing machine with 50mph wind, sideways rain and almost zero visibility 😅) 🥳💃👌 Arriving back at Threlkeld at 4am i decided I had energy to drive straight home. There is so much talk right now about mental health and well-being which is GREAT! 🤩 But a lot of the attempted solutions are very generic and suggest a lot of external solutions to try to fix an individuals problems. Go for a walk, have a bath, read a book, watch your favourite show… Yes, absolutely! They can help in the moment but this does nothing to solve your overthinking, overwhelmed, stuck in a negative cycle of thoughts mind. There is still a long way to go when it comes to educating men and women about how to successful manage their mental health which is what our programme is designed to do. We teach you about you and your MIND. Those thoughts you have that whizz around all day, where do they come from and what can you do to calm them? Until you understand your mind, and why you are feeling the way you do, you will forever have struggles. That bath you go for, you take your overwhelmed mind with you.
