What a lovely day to be out in the sunshine. James joined Sam for a day of all things climbing. James joined us last year for a day of climbing and was keen to learn the skills needed to become an independent climber. We looked at all aspects of climbing including equipment, belaying, tieing in, placing gear, building belays to name just a few. James picked everything up very quickly and now has all the needed skills to enjoy a lifetime of climbing.

Fantastic day with the team hiking Mynydd Mawr! Online clients and members of @crossfitwidnes Weather was forecast for snow this afternoon and a cold day, but miracles happen and we could have asked for better conditions! Cool breeze, hot sun and clear views! Its a mountain I haven’t personally been up before, but I’m working hard this year to find and guide in some hidden gems! Throwback to last August at the mighty Cwm Idwal 😍 I haven’t been as active on here as I’d like recently. But navigating being back at work, running after a toddler and life just generally getting in the way, means the adventures have been lacking. And I miss them! Yesterday, as a Team, we took part in the Race The Sun event - 2 mile kayak, up and down Yr Wyddfa and finished with a 52k ride around Eryri.
