If you have done any of the above, I know lack of ability is not a problem. Cutting out large food groups and eating very low calorie is HARD. There is serious effort that has to go into following all those rules everyday. Shocking why it doesn’t work long term, but look, I get it. You’re trying to do the right thing for yourself!
