Vegan monster burger by @veganrecipesvalley Recipe: Ingredients:⠀ Pattys:⠀ 100 g potato⠀ 1 1/2 onions⠀ 1/2 red bell pepper⠀ 2 tsp olive oil⠀ 50 g corn (canned)⠀ 1 tsp curry powder⠀ 1/2 tsp cumin⠀ 50 g oats⠀ salt⠀ pepper⠀ Toppings and Bun:⠀ 2 burger buns⠀ 2 tsp Sriracha mayo (it's vegan :))⠀ 1 tsp vegan cream cheese⠀ 1/2 avocado⠀ 1/2 onion⠀ 1/2 tomato⠀ 50 g red cabbage (pickled)⠀ 2 leafs of lettuce⠀ Step by step:⠀ 1. Chop the potato, onions and bell pepper finely.⠀ 2. Heat 1 teaspoon of olive oil in a pan and fry the chopped ingredients until the potatoes are done.⠀ 3. Add the the potatoes, onion, bell pepper and the remaining ingredients for the patty into a blender and process until smooth.⠀ 4. Form your patties and let them rest in your freezer for around 10-20 minutes.⠀ 5. Meanwhile slice the tomatoes, onion and avocado.⠀ 6. Heat the remaining olive oil in a pan on medium heat and fry the patties from both sides until golden brown.⠀ 7. Toast the burger buns to taste.⠀ 8. Stack your burger from bottom to top starting by schmearing the vegan cream cheese and Sriracha mayo on the burger bun. Oat flatbread with a corn-potato-asparagus and mint topping.🌼☀️🌼 I made oat and hempmilk today and was left with the pulp. So I made oatbread. ( just spread it out and bake ) I baked the bread in the oven, turned it after 20 minutes and topped it with corncream ( corn, oatmilk, salt and a little tahini blended). I put very thinly sliced presteamed potatoes on top and baked it for another 20 minutes. 💛 Healthiest plant-based yellow curry in HK 💛 Of course, this has got to be at none other than Treehouse! We were feeling the whole foods this weekend so we went there to grab lunch. Been a while since I’ve had their yellow coconut curry, comes with loads of veggies and tempeh with a side of multigrain rice. 🍛🥦 Also pictured is the snowdrop sourdough flatbread wrap (I had a bite, very yum!) and the cold hiyashi ramen with egg (vegetarian, not mine). We made one of our orders a combo to get the carrot & ginger soup of the day too. 🌯🍜🥕🫚 I really liked their curry but if I had to pick from all of their specials, I’d say the bibimbap is probably unbeatable. Bookmark recipe for ALL YOUR GREENS PASTA 🥦🌱🫑🥬by @healthygirlkitchen ingredients: (5 servings) 12 oz pasta 1 tbsp olive oil 1 diced yellow onion 4 cloves minced garlic 2 cups broccoli florets 1 cup frozen peas 1 cup kale or spinach 1 cup fresh basil 1/4 cup fresh parsley 1 cup unsweetened soy milk 1/2 cup pasta water 2 tbsp lemon juice 1 tsp salt Pinch pepper Vegan goat cheese or feta (or any cheese ya like)! I use @treeline_cheese How to: 1. In a pan on medium heat, saute garlic, onion, broccoli, peas, kale, and olive oil for about 10 minutes until veggies are tender. 2. Add the sautéed veggies into your blender or food processor with basil, parsley, milk, pasta water, lemon, salt, and pepper. Blend! 3. Pour the sauce back into the pan over pasta and still in vegan goat cheese until combined. 4. Serve and enjoy!

Protein breakdown: 200g pasta - 28g 480g chickpeas - 26g 3 tbsp (45g) white miso paste - 5.4g Other ingredients ~ 2-3g = 62g /2 = 31g Ingredients (serves 2) 200g pasta (I used durum wheat semolina, Gemelli shape) 1 shallot or half a small white onion, finely diced. 200g asparagus, woody stems discarded (use the snap method), stalks finely chopped, top parts left whole. 3-5 fat cloves of garlic, minced 1 large courgette, sliced into thin half moons 480g chickpeas, from a jar or can (I don’t bother draining if the can / jar is organic and BPA free) 3 tbsp sweet white miso paste Juice of one lemon To serve: Plenty of freshly cracked black pepper Extra virgin olive oil Tamari roasted seeds (optional) Fresh parsley

Ingredients 2 heads broccoli, broken into florets, stalks chopped or saved for another recipe 15 oz chickpeas, 1 can, drained and rinsed 2 tbsp paprika 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp dried parsley ½ tsp black pepper ½ tsp salt 1 tbsp olive oil FRESH INGREDIENTS ¼ cup pistachios, or walnuts, chopped 1 handful fresh dill, large, chopped 1 handful fresh parsley, large, chopped ½ cup vegan feta, crumbled, optional COUSCOUS 1 cup pearl couscous, whole wheat or regular, quinoa or rice subbed 1¼ cup vegetable broth, plus more if needed TAHINI DRESSING 3 tbsp tahini 2 lemons, juiced 1 tbsp mustard, heaping 1 tsp nutritional yeast 1 tbsp warm water 3 tbsp olive oil, optional salt and pepper, to taste Instructions Preheat the oven to 400F and line a baking sheet. Add the broccoli and chickpeas to the sheet pan, and then toss in the spices and olive oil until evenly cover. Roast until the chickpeas are crispy and broccoli is tender, approximately 20 minutes. While the broccoli and chickpeas roast, make your couscous. Combine the couscous with the vegetable broth in a sauce pan. Bring to a boil, and then lower the heat and simmer covered, until the liquid is absorbed and the couscous is tender. While your couscous cooks, make your dressing. In a jar, combine all listed ingredients, and shake until a smooth dressing is formed. In a bowl, add the couscous, then your roasted chickpeas and broccoli, followed by your herbs, vegan feta and pistachio. Pour the dressing over top, and serve. Enjoy immediately, or store in the fridge for up to 4 days

Add in all the chilli paste ingredients into a blender, blend into smooth paste and set aside. 2.) Heat oil in a wok, sauté the blended chilli paste for 3 minutes with low heat. 3.) Add in the tamarind water (adjust the water to the thickness of the sauce), stir to mix and cook for 2 minutes. 4.) Add in peanut butter, sugar, salt and crushed peanuts. Mix well till all combine and toss in the cooked noodles until well coated with the peanuts sauce. 5.) Serve with cucumber, pan fried tofu and sprinkle with more crushed peanuts. Well this is my vegan version and they are one of my favourite creations. They are also one of the easiest things to make. Only 6 ingredients and 3 easy steps. ✔️ You’ll want to save this one Ingredients 1.25 cups of vegan chocolate (about 200g) 1/4 cup peanut butter 1.5 tbsp coconut oil 1.75 cups puffed quinoa 1/2 cup salted peanuts 1/2 cup raisins Optional extra drizzle of chocolate and nuts on the top 1, Put the quinoa on a baking tray and put in the oven at 170C fan for 5-6 mins to lightly toast (don’t skip this step as it makes the bars lovely and crunchy) 2, Melt the chocolate with the nut butter and oil and fully combine, then pour in the quinoa, peanuts and raisins and stir to mix in 3, Spoon the mix into an individual brownie tin and leave to set in the fridge for a couple of hours Keep in a sealed tub in the fridge 2️⃣ These 4 ingredient peanut butter oat cups are no-bake, gluten free and are very simple to make Makes 6 large cups ✅ Save to try Base ingredients 1.25 cup gf oats* 2/3rd cup runny peanut butter 3 tbsp maple or agave syrup Topping 2/3 cup vegan dark chocolate (about 100g) 2 tbsp peanut butter Sprinkle of salt or peanuts, optional *I know some of you prefer to toast your oats in the oven (so if you do they only need about 10 mins) 1, Put all the base ingredients into large bowl and mix thoroughly. But it works for basically anything. You could put it on any bowl, you could add it to cooked potatoes and roasted vegetables if pasta isn’t your thing. You could drizzle it on any kind of bowl you want or use it as a salad dressing or put it on toast! most pesto recipes include oil, cheese, and nuts, but this recipe includes none of those things! I’m in my crunchy(ish) era, but this economy is T.O.U.G.H on everyone, and having extra money to buy products that are safer for me is insanely helpful. I don’t know about you but my student loans kicked back in last year, and that along with inflation has been a butt kicker for sure. If you saw my story the other day, you know that it takes the average family AT LEAST $11,000 more per year to live the way they were just a few years ago. Crazy right? Not to mention the salary you need to make to be considered middle class nowadays is what upper class used to be. It’s HARD. It’s always been nice to make extra income with network marketing. It’s a legit business model that helps - I know this because I’ve lived it. But now it’s not just nice to make an extra income, it is NECESSARY. That said, being in my crunchy era, I want to partner with a company that is equally crunchy and prides itself on not only being non-toxic, but also hormone-safe and hormone-supporting. HUGE. Hormone health is imperative for whole health and most of us are out of whack. If you care about your health and want to make simple swaps for your skincare, home care & supplements but you also want to earn an income - let’s chat. Even a couple hundred dollars helps big time. That’s a week of groceries, or a car payment, or your student loan payment (🙋‍♀️). The best part? Steamed Rice Cake/ Chwee Kueh By @foodpassionical Prep time: 20 minutes Cook time: 40 minutes 8 pieces (muffin cup size) Rice cake ingredients: 125g rice flour 10g tapioca starch 10g wheat starch 1/4 tsp salt 200 ml room temperature water 300ml boiling water 1/2 tbsp oil Toppings: 150g salty preserved turnip, rinsed 1 tbsp vegetarian dried sambal shrimp 3 cloves garlic, minced 3 shallots, sliced 1/2 tbsp sugar 1 tbsp soy sauce 1/4 tsp dark soy sauce 2 tbsp oil for cooking Method- Steam chwee kueh: 1.) Brush a thin layer of oil into the mold, steam the empty cups before use. 2.) In a mixing bowl mix together rice flour, tapioca starch, wheat starch, salt, oil and 200ml room temperature water. Mix well till no more lumps. 2.) Then slowly add in 300ml boiling water, to the rice flour mixture. Keep stirring quickly to prevent lumps. Mix well combine. 3.) Pour the batter into the mold until 3/4 full. Cover and steam for 15-20 minutes with medium high heat. Then remove the lid and continue to steam another 2 minutes. Let it cool completely before unmolding. Make toppings: 1.) Heat 2 tbsp oil, sauté the garlics and onions till fragrant. Add in the preserved turnip, vegetarian sambal shrimp, sugar, soy sauce and dark soy sauce. Stir fry for 4-5 minutes. 2.) Serve the chwee kueh with preserved turnip and drizzle with sambal sauce. #vegancaesarsalad 🔥 From scratch 🥬 Simple yet scrumptious 🤤 My first attempt as an almost-4 years vegan! 🥗 Never been a big salad kinda gal I'll be honest (even though that's all "us vegans" eat apparently😅)! I have a high metabolism, hollow legs (according to my late mum) and I like big meals, and have always felt they just wouldn't fill me up or satisfy me ...however Ceasar salad was always a favourite before I went vegan, so I fancied giving it a go 🙌 😋 And boy oh boy was it delicious!! Even brought a little tear to my eye how amazing it is that we can recreate all the animal-based dishes we perhaps once loved, with wholefood healthier cruelty-free ingredients and we are NOT missing out on flavour🥺 👀 I used up some stale sourdough that was going to waste, for the homemade croutons. And it was also my first time using mustard powder (as opposed to the liquid pre-made version) and it worked perfectly 👌 Mustard powder is a great waste-prevention option if you find you don't use the liquid stuff often & it goes bad too quick 👍 I also love that I could make it with just my @ninjakitchenuk blender and multicooker/air fryer 😍 ✨INGREDIENTS: Dressing: -Raw soaked cashews (1/2 cup) -Nooch -Garlic clove (x1) -Lemon juice -Dijon (or in my case mustard powder) -Capers (2x tsps) (+brine if using mustard powder) -Water (1/2 cup) -Black pepper Croutons: -Chunky bread (cubed or roughly torn) -Olive oil -Black pepper -Oregano (optional but nice) ✨METHOD: -Bake croutons for 10mins @180°C -Blend all dressing ingredients in a high-speed blender -Roughly chop romaine lettuce, assemble and enjoy 😋 🥗 This was a light side dish for me, so I'm going to make some "bacon" bits or "chicken" chunks next time with tofu to bulk it out 💪 Stored the remaining dressing in a repurposed bottle 👍 💚 Please make sure to follow @redcurlvegan for more #plantbased content and #veganrecipes inspo 🙏 . . . . . #ceasarsalad #caesarsalad #veganceasarsalad #vegansalad #vegansaladdressing #saladdressing #wholefoodsplantbased #wfpb #vegan . . . . .

1️⃣ or 2️⃣? Which  #recipe would you try?👇 By @Veganbunnychef 1️⃣ Tangerine Oat Milk Jelly 🍊🤍 only 3 ingredients and super allergen friendly! INGREDIENTS: 3 sumo citurs or other tangerine 1 teaspoon agar agar powder 1/2 cup cold water 1 cup evaporated oat milk TO MAKE: - In a sauce pan, combine the agar agar with cold water, transfer onto the stove; - Bring the mixture to a gentle boil while continue stirring, agar agar has to be brought to boil in water for it to completely dissolve and set properly later! This is very important, make sure all the powder is well dissolved in the clear liquid before adding anything with color; - Slowly pour in the oat milk, keep stirring till mixed evenly; - Peel your tangerine, and thread three together with a chopstick, place vertically in a mold of your choice, I re-used a plastic bottle; - Hold the citrus in place with the chopstick, slowly pour in the oat milk and agar agar mixture; - Once you've filled the liquid to the top, take out the chopstick, and fill the hole with the mixture as well; - Let it cool down for 20 minutes before transferring to the fridge, refrigerate for at least one hour; - Once the jelly is set, take it out of the mold, cut into 1/2 inch slices, enjoy! 2️⃣ Pumpkin Dango 🎃 or Mochi Sticky Rice Balls glazed with Sweet & Spicy Gochujang sauce 🌶️🤤 Use up your leftover pumpkins for these chewy, soft, pillowy pumpkin sticky rice balls inspired by the Japanese dango! 🍡🥰 they have such a dreammm texture plus the rice balls only have THREE ingredients! 🤌🏼 they’re GF and sugar free too You can eat them straight up or up the flavor game even more by making a serving sauce 🔥 I made a sweet & spicy gochujang glaze and it goes with the hearty, naturally sweet pumpkins so well 🎃 TO MAKE: 120 g pumpkin 120 g glutinous rice flour For the green part- 1 tbsp glutinous rice flour 1/4 tsp matcha 1 tbsp water For the sauce- 2 garlic clove 1 tbsp gochujang 1/2 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp coconut amino 1-2 tbsp water

For the next several days I’m doing a whole foods cleanse for the Palindrome Portal. The past few months I’ve been slipping and eating more processed foods so I want to cut back. Eventually after a few days I plan on going on a liquid diet for at least 3 days. There’s been so much going on in the cosmos - and being sensitive to these energies has allowed me to choose my mind as my anchor. When my mind is strong, I can bend energy more effectively. WHITE BEAN AND FARRO SALAD By @betterfoodguru RECIPE Serves 4-5 Ready in about 30 minutes * 2 cups cabbage shredded * 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved * 1 cup grapes halved * 8 oz farro cooked and cooled * 1/4 red onion diced * 3 roasted baby bell peppers * 1 avocado chopped * 1 can white beans drained * 2 persian cucumbers chopped * 1 handful fresh dill chopped * 2 tbsp fresh mint chopped * 3 tbsp vegan yogurt * 1 lemon squeezed * 1 tbsp date syrup * salt and pepper INSTRUCTIONS * Cook farro according to package, drain, rinse with cold water and let drain well for salad. * Roast peppers by adding to a sheet pan whole and cooking at 400 degrees for !5 minutes. Set aside to cool. Deseed and chop into small pieces. * Make dressing by combining yogurt, lemon, date syrup, a pinch of salt and pepper and mixing well. * To a large mixing bowl, add cabbage, tomatoes, grapes, onion, cucumbers, beans, farro, avocado, dill and mint and peppers.
