Milk, dates, bananas, oats, and peanut butter all blended up until super creamy and swirled with shots of vanilla espresso. Add hemp and flaxseed for added protein. So yummy and nutrient-packed! Ingredients โ€ข 430g @loadedpantry Natrue Almond milk โ€ข 3 pitted dates โ€ข 1 sliced banana, ideally frozen โ€ข 130g Lamb Brand oats โ€ข 1 tbsp. creamy peanut butter โ€ข 1 tbsp. Lamb Brand hemp seeds โ€ข 1tbsp. Lamb Brand flax seed โ€ข ยฝ tsp. @lamb_brand salt โ€ข ยฝ tsp. Lamb Brand vanilla powder โ€ข 2-3 shots of espresso (optional) Method Blend the milk and dates, then set aside for 5 minutes.
