Recognizing the importance of mental health🧠 as being equally significant as physical health is crucial.⚡ Having struggled with my own mental health for a while, I understand firsthand how damaging it can be to one's life.💔 I used to experience episodes of anxiety and depression one after another, which led to several challenges: 🧗 🩺Health issues: I spent years constantly in hospitals addressing different health problems. 💔Relationship issues: Maintaining healthy connections became challenging when I almost constantly didn’t feel okay. 🥴Exhaustion: I was tired all the time. Those who have experienced patterns of anxiety and depression episodes one after another know exactly what I'm talking about. 🍱Overeating: At some point, I gained an extra 10 kilograms because I often couldn’t stop eating during my anxiety episodes. 🥲Unhappiness: It's challenging to be happy when experiencing all of the above. At some point, I felt overwhelmed, so I decided to take responsibility for my own well-being and sought professional help,👩‍⚕️which i consider the best decision of my life! So many women are feeling as though they are invisible or overlooked in social and professional settings, they fear not living life to the fullest and are missing out on new opportunities and adventures in part because they are not feeling comfortable in their bodies. I have personally seen how being a part of an awesome community of likeminded women all wanting to achieve better health, fitness, improved confidence, toning up and just all around feeling much better in their bodies has absolutely changed lives for the better.
