Glutenvrije courgette taart Ingrediënten 500 gram courgettes 3 eieren 100 ml (lactose) vrije melk 200 gram geraspte kaas 1 eetlepel gedroogde basilicum of 5 takjes verse basilicum 1/2 theelepel paprikapoeder 1/2 eetlepel oregano 1/2 theelepel zout of eetlepel groentebouillon poeder 1 à 2 knoflook teentjes 2 grote tomaten of 3 à 4 kleine tomaten 6 zwarte olijven Naar smaak peper Bereidingswijze: 1. Verwarm de oven voor op 180 graden. 2. Was de courgettes en rasp ze. 3. Verwarm een koekenpan en doe er een beetje olie in en bak de geraspte courgettes totdat het meeste vocht verdampt is. Doe het mengsel in een vergiet zodat het vocht er verder goed uit gaat. 4. Kluts de eieren met de melk en voeg de helft van de geraspte kaas toe. Hak de knoflook fijn en voeg toe. Voeg vervolgens de basilicum, oregano, paprikapoeder, peper, zout of bouillonpoeder toe. 5. Was de tomaten en snijd in plakjes. Snijdt de olijfjes ook in plakjes. 6. Doe de geraspte courgettes in in ingevette ovenschaal en giet het eiermengsel eroverheen. Strooi de rest van de geraspte kaas erover. Garneer het met de plakjes tomaat en olijfjes. Bak de courgettes taart in 30 à 40 minuten gaar en goed bruin.
