手作りシュークリーム ずっと難しいと思っていたけれど意外と簡単にできて感動 ՞o̴̶̷̤ ̫ o̴̶̷̤՞ ♡ 日々の料理は自分が生きていくためのものだけど、お菓子作りは人への愛情を伝える手段なので好きです レシピメモ 【生地】 ・卵2コ ・牛乳50ml ・水60ml ・薄力粉60g ・バター45g ・塩1g 1 鍋の中で水、バター、塩を混ぜる(中火) 2 沸騰したら火を止めて薄力粉を入れる ※ダマが無くなるように鍋底に擦りながら混ぜる 3 火をかけて1分半ほど混ぜる 4 ボウルに取り出し、卵を少しづつ入れて混ぜる ※ヘラから生地を垂らした時に逆三角になるくらいまで 絞り袋に入れ、絞ったら水を吹きかける 180度で35分ほどオーブン 横に半分に切ってカスタードを絞る

Consigli in pillole dalla mia collezione: Frank Costello faccia d'angelo (Le Samouraï). Di Jean-Pierre Melville. Francia/Italia, 1967. Oggi vi consiglio un film che non ha bisogno di presentazioni, un film perfetto, che deve essere visto, che ha ispirato tantissimi altri cineasti in tutto il mondo e che continua a farlo ancora oggi. La figura dell'antieroe elevata al massimo in questo straordinario polar francese, un noir imprescindibile. Un protagonista che rappresenta la solitudine. Una persona che è uno strumento e che pian piano acquisirà potere su sé stesso e sul suo destino. Dal punto di vista tecnico e narrativo c'è da dire tantissimo e potremmo farlo per giorni, ma mi limiterò a dirvi di recuperarlo. Voglio invece soffermarmi sul discorso dell'ispirazione, perché sarebbe un crimine non farlo. Recentemente mi è capitato di parlare con alcune persone di cinema che ispira altro cinema e questo film è stato ispirazione per tantissimi altri capolavori. Il cinema di Melville ha ispirato il nostro Fernando Di Leo o altro cinema europeo, ma anche tanto cinema orientale come, per esempio, quello di John Woo o di Johnnie To. È bene ricordare, però, che anche Melville a sua volta si è ispirato ai grandi noir di Hollywood degli anni '50 per realizzare i suoi polar. E così via potremmo andare a ritroso...Faccio questo discorso perché a volte si pensa erroneamente al cinema come a dei compartimenti stagni, generi speficici o specifiche correnti artistiche che sono nate in un determinato paese e quindi legate a una specifica cultura. Studiando il cinema ormai da tanti anni, posso dire che il cinema non è questo e non è come lo vivo io. Dalla sua nascita il cinema è un fiume in piena. Il cinema è costante apprendimento del passato, dal quale si trae ispirazione e si crea qualcosa di nuovo, che a sua volta ispirerà e farà nascere altro, a prescindere dal luogo geografico in cui ci si trova. Il cinema è condivisione artistica e culturale. Crea ponti, non barriere o scatole in cui rinchiudere qualcosa. Beth, the oldest, never left home. She stayed with her mom, caring for her until the very end. Nicole, the middle child, has been kept at arm’s length due to her ongoing battle with a serious drug addiction. Michael, the youngest, lives out of state and hasn’t been back to their small Wisconsin town since their father ran out on them seven years before. While going through their parents’ belongings, the siblings stumble upon a collection of home videos and decide to revisit those happier memories. However, the nostalgia is cut short when one of the VHS tapes reveals a night back in 1999 that none of them have any recollection of. On screen, their father appears covered in blood. What follows is a dead body and a pact between their parents to get rid of it, before the video abruptly ends… Mini Review: This one is very binge worthy! I did figure out the killer about 30% in but it didn’t stop me from being fully engrossed with the story! I love how the author, Jeneva, crafted well-developed yet flawed characters. The use of a full cast of narrators enhanced the storytelling experience. Il giovane D'Artagnan giunge nella Parigi del 1627, con l'intento di diventare un moschettiere. Lo attendono amicizie, pericoli, amore ed intrighi. Il capolavoro di Alexandre Dumas trova una nuova, triste trasposizione filmica ne "I tre moschettieri - D'Artagnan". Triste perchè di questa prima parte del 2023, diretta da Martin Bourboulon, si salva davvero poco. Il film, a parte qualche momento o dettaglio, si prende innumerevoli libertà rispetto all'opera principale. Se l'avrete letta, non esiterete a dire che gli sceneggiatori si siano inventati di sana pianta la maggior parte degli eventi e li abbiano completamente stravolti. Il cast è abbastanza convincente, specialmente Eva Green nei panni di Milady, ma i personaggi in generale risultano appena accennati. E non è finita perchè anche i pochi momenti più concitati, in verità, sono girati male e montati ancora peggio. Alcuni momenti, poi, lasciano letteralmente basiti. La messa in scena può dirsi valida ma, nel complesso, "I tre moschettieri - D'Artagnan" si rivela una completa delusione. Dargli la sufficienza è davvero difficile, specialmente se si conosce bene il capolavoro di Dumas. Trovate il film per l'Home Video in Dvd e Blu Ray. Radiance Films Review: “The Shape of Night.” In 1929, Japanese film studio Shochiku was established, transitioning from the theatrical arts to the cinematic ones. Considered one of the major four studios in Japan (as well as the oldest), their contributions to cinematic history include recent releases like animated films “Mobile Suit Gundam SEED FREEDOM” (2024) and “Lonely Castle in the Mirror” (2022), but also live-action titles such as “Till We Meet Again on the Lily Hill” (2023) and “A Man” (2022). However, most cinephiles know of Shochiku from films such as “Tokyo Story” (1953); “Harakiri” (1962); “I, Executioner” (1968); and “Flowers of Shanghai” (1998). In May 2021, physical media boutique Criterion added “Flowers of Shanghai” to their collection and, in January of 2024, Radiance Films added “I, Executioner” to theirs. Now, Radiance is set to add another Shochiku films to their repository with a 1080p restoration of Noboru Nakamura’s 1964 kaleidoscopic drama “The Shape of Night (夜の片鱗)”, complete with two on-disc featurettes and limited-edition booklet. Consigli in pillole dalla mia collezione: Foglie al vento. Di Aki Kaurismäki. Finlandia, 2023. Aki Kaurismäki è un regista del quale ho letto negli anni, ma che non ho mai studiato e che non ho mai incontrato durante la mia crescita cinematografica. Mi è capitato di vedere alcune scene dei suoi film durante gli anni, ma Foglie al vento è il primo film che vedo del regista, quindi non farò gli approfondimenti o le divagazioni che faccio solitamente. Foglie al vento è un film splendido, che mi è piaciuto moltissimo. La primissima frase del film è: "A domani." Una frase di speranza che fa capire già tutto lo spirito del film. Questo film è una commedia romantica, ma totalmente lontana da ciò che potreste pensare. Conosceremo due personaggi intrappolati nelle loro vite e nelle loro routine, costretti ad arrangiarsi, in cerca di qualcosa (o qualcuno) che li completi e che stravolga quel percorso di annullamento che va verso la depressione. Un film fuori dal tempo nel quale le notizie si ascoltano alla radio. Notizie del conflitto russo-ucraino sullo sfondo, che vengono interrotte dalla musica. Musica che è strumento di riflessioni e sogni, speranza in qualcosa di migliore. Basandosi su questo il film potrebbe sembrare serioso o triste, ma in realtà è esilarante. Nei dialoghi e nelle situazioni è presente un'ironia di fondo che è incredibilmente divertente e intelligentissima. I personaggi sono praticamente monoespressivi, impassibili, e coloro ai quali piace questo umorismo immobile lo adoreranno. "I duri non cantano". È un cinema che può ricordare tanto quello di Jim Jarmusch e non a caso! Un film che sembra distaccato, ma che è estremamente romantico. Un film essenziale e semplicissimo all'apparenza, che tratta temi complessi e molto profondi. Il protagonista maschile sembra un giovanissimo Max von Sydow ed è perfetto insieme alla sua controparte. Il cinema è importante, un luogo di incontro e conoscenza. In ogni immagine c'è poesia e delicatezza. Una possibilità di rivoluzione e felicità può volare via, con un colpo di vento. Ricercando l'amore appena sfiorato, che ci rende migliori. Un film straordinario e divertentissimo.
