Day one of the 6 week PPL plan completed with @sians_daily_ig after 2 weeks outta the gym for her, she absolutely smashed it, doing two new exercises she'd never attempted before, well proud of her, keep that shit up and you're gonna be reaching that goal of yours super quick!! Day two of 6-week PPL today... LEGS!! I've got a minor shoulder injury at the moment, so I'm having to watch how heavy I'm lifting so as not to cause more serious damage. So, all through the holiday season I decided to #bulk and went from 175 to 205 in just around 3 months. Imma say it. I don't phucking like it. Nothing fits right, Everything is tight and my back hurts (though that's probably a separate issue). So, as of January 2nd I started a #cut . Not aiming for a weight per se, just trying to get the #abs showing again SOOOOOO Here's the #plan Seeing as I haven't gotten to #workout since December 19th (mostly cause I was involved in 2 accidents, 1 of which resulted in a fracture), I'll be doing a #totalbodyworkout every other day that I'm not doing at least 30 minutes of #cardio. When that gets easy I'll shift to a #pplworkout And up the cardio to 45 mins 1 day and 25 mins of #Hit on the others I figure (knowing me) I'll have the results I want come mid to late March #springbreak #woot

Fitness stuff is off to a great start this year. Yesterday, just over 5 mile walk, today….same. Also today was the first weight workout for the year…Push Workout. Some stats for 2022: 142 workouts, average 71 min each. Averaged 433 reps per workout, and 16,393 lbs moved per workout on average. Averaged 16,525 steps per day. Weight loss is steady. So far, I’ve parted ways with over 100 lbs! I’d like to lose another 25. Getting there!

First workout of the month for me, and kicking things off with Leg Day. Feeling it just a tick but I’m good with it. Home for coffee, and lots of it, then out the door for a 2-5-mile run. At 16 degrees, that’s the coldest temp I’ve ran. Trying to get over my hatred of running and walking out in the winter cold. Step out of the comfort zone. Not sure how long they will last haha! Anyway.

I’m happy with today. 😃 Started with my Push Workout with PPL at Anytime Fitness Waukee, nice workout. After a “few” cups of Starbucks Peppermint Mocha coffee, it was off for a 5-miler. And then…Sunday Baking. Ginger Molasses Cookies with cream cheese/orange frosting. Also cheddar/jalapeño scones. I’m hungry 😂
