Ingredients ▢1/2 cup all purpose flour ▢3 large eggs ▢1/2 cup milk ▢3 tablespoons melted butter divided ▢1 tablespoon sugar ▢1/4 teaspoon of salt Instructions Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In a medium sized bowl whisk the eggs, milk, 2 Tablespoons melted butter, salt and sugar. Add the flour and stir until incorporated being careful not to overmix. Add 1 tablespoon melted butter to the bottom of a skillet. Pour the batter into a skillet and bake for 12-18 minutes or just until the edges start to brown. Cream Cheese Snickerdoodles Ingredients: 1 cup unsalted butter, softened 4 ounces cream cheese, softened 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar 1 large egg 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour 1/2 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1/4 teaspoon salt For Rolling: 1/4 cup granulated sugar 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon Directions: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, cream cheese, and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined. In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
