This time the route was new, which gave us a chance to achieve a new PB ( Personal Best). Runners varied from all age group proved that age is just a number. Champions with disabilities gave a testimony that if you believe your capabilities, nobody is stopping you. Good to see people on roads motivating and cheering for the fellow runners. Those who know how Mumbai is entirely on roads when TMM ( Tata Mumbai Marathon) happens each year. Madras Sappers ( Regiment , Indian Army) pumped every one to go further and further by their melodic patriotic songs, adding Dollu Kunitha ( traditional dance form -Karnataka ) makes the mood of runners jolly. Punjabi Bhangra added to the flavour of the running regime. 70000 ~ runners on ground showed solidarity and sportsmanship. Divided by many factors but united by Sports. Черепно-мозговая травма тяжелой степени, геморрагический инсульт, субарахноидальное кровоизлияние в мозг, присоединившаяся фокальная эпилепсия… Но, как бы я не хотела это признавать (🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️, это все, что я могу сказать), я «через пень-колоду спортсменка», поэтому мне сам Бог велел из всего этого выйти, тогда как 95% людей умирают. Еще Дима Рыжиков @wu_jab пытался мне доказать, что на это способны только спортсмены. Рома Ефимкин мне утверждал, что кто угодно на это способен. Да, хоть и тоже нездоровый человек, как он сам говорит, но тем не менее тренер по ЛФК. Не знаю… В любом случае, огромное спасибо @runforlife_russia! #streakrun #runstreak Nr. 935 Guten Morgen liebe #runningcommunity 🙋♀️ Bin ich froh, dass ich mich von Euch habe motivieren lassen und die App von @wflworldrun ausprobiert habe 😱. Erster Versuch, Start Catcher Car nach 20 Minuten. Die #garmin vibrierte dauernd, es legte sich so ein Hinweis vom #worldrun drüber, ich konnte meine Laufdaten nicht mehr sehen 😡. Abbruch meinerseits und auf einmal hatte meine Garmin kein Display mehr. Nichts 😱, nur schwarz 😡. Gar keine Reaktion 😱. Da stand ich auf dem Feldweg, die Sonne schien, ich wollte meinen #streak #laufen und die Garmin war out of order 😡. Ich habe sie entkoppelt, ich konnte sie aber nicht mehr koppeln. Ich habe so geflucht 😇. Die Garmin erbarmte sich dann 💃👍. Laut Display war ich auch noch in meinem Lauf unterwegs und so lief ich zumindest den #streakerhalt . Hat sie aber nicht gezählt. Also Training beendet und neues gestartet. Hatte bei @laufwissen.de eine Tabelle gesehen, wie weit man in 12 Minuten so kommt. Das wollte ich dann mal mit meinem lockeren Tempo sehen. Also mit Lauf Nummer 2 Streak gelaufen und direkt mal geschaut, wie weit ich, ohne Gas zu geben, in 12 Minuten komme. Lässt sich für meine Altersklasse sehen 😉. Die App ließ mir dann aber doch keine Ruhe und ich habe das Catcher Car nach 10 Minuten starten lassen. The Wings for Life World Run, everyone starts at the same time, worldwide. Professional athletes, fun runners and total beginners are all in it together against the Catcher Car. The moving finish line, the Catcher Car begins its pursuit 30 minutes after the start, passing runners and wheelchair users one after the other until the race is over. The best bit? 100% of all entry fees and donations goes directly to spinal cord research to find a cure for spinal cord injury. Вчера поздним вечером с супругой провели ещё одну тренировку в рамках подготовки к Московскому полумарафону. 🏃🏃♀️ Планировали 15км, а по итогу пробежали почти полумарафон - 18км. 😂 Я дополнительно мотивировал себя слотом на онлайн забег от WorldRun - "Забег России 2024".
