A member at the gym asked me for help with her program from her physio today while I was training myself.⠀ ⠀ It was a program to help with a shoulder issue she's been having. I helped her set up the 2 exercises she was struggling with.⠀ ⠀ I watched her do a set, and her setup was great. I just gave her a quick tip, ⠀ ⠀ "Think about airflow. Where is air going when you inhale? For you, you need air towards the top of your chest. When you feel the top of your chest expand, then move your arm. "⠀ ⠀ About 30 minutes later, she came up to me after she had finished and commented that this is the best she has felt after doing her program and to thank me for the help.⠀ ⠀ Mobile shoulders/scapulas need a rib cage that can expand and compress.⠀ ⠀ #Buildresilience

Rugby Union athlete defeats hamstring strain with hard work and consistency! ​ ​🎉 Well done to our latest Athlete Rehab Program graduate Darcy, a rugby union athlete that sustained a significant hamstring injury! ​ ​Darcy stuck to the program and ensured he had done everything to rehabilitate his hamstring and reduce the risk of re-injury on his return to footy! ​ ​Between consultations with Aaron, Darcy had both a running and gym rehab program prescribed on our mobile app, with videos, notes etc to ensure he left no stone unturned with his rehab and wasn’t going back under-cooked! ​ ​Darcy passed all return to play measures with flying colours and is now back playing multiple games a week! ​ ​Well done Darcy, enjoy being back and all the best for the season! ​ ​ #rehab #hamstring #physio #rugby

Sally came to me on Monday as she has pain in her hips and back. Her left leg is also shorter than her right leg. Tight leg and back muscles can cause imbalances in leg length. She explained she had surgery on her left toe fairly recently and her right leg has been compensating for that also. To ease off some of her back pain we focused on hamstrings, IT bands, glutes & quads. Here’s now we got on after just one session!
