Getting started: 👉Set a specific limit of time to accomplish a specific list of items. 👉Stop as soon as your timer goes off ... it's ok to not have finished your list. As you get more in tune with how much you can do in a specific block of time, the likelihood of having items unfinished will become less and less. My personal time blocking guidelines: 📍 A block is no fewer than 5 minutes and no longer than 30 minutes 📍 My goal in that block is realistic.
