Todays working lunch. Quick, simple, nutritious, and most importantlyโ€ฆutterly delicious ๐Ÿ˜‹ (if I do say so myself!!) . 1 slice of white tiger bloomer 1 can tuna in water 1/2 medium avocado ๐Ÿฅ‘ Small dollop of light mayo (~10g) . Lightly toast the bread to your liking. I did mine, from frozen, in the air fryer - this is my new discovery this week as I donโ€™t have a toaster and it has made me very happy ๐Ÿ˜† . Mash together the avo, tuna and mayo and plonk on top of the bread ๐Ÿž . If like me you like a bit of a kick, feel free to add a splash of chilli sauce and / or Smokey paprika ๐ŸŒถ๏ธ . Takes all of about 5 mins and will keep me nice and full til dinner ๐Ÿฝ๏ธ . Calories : 425 Carbs : 32g Protein : 33g Fat : 18g . This lovely comment came from a client of mine who was anxious about change. A self proclaimed โ€˜set-in-her-wayโ€™ type of client who from the offset showed concern over having to eat lots of broccoli! Lucky for her, broccoli was off the food plan! I listened well and understood that the best way to incorporate change was to take into consideration her likes and dislikes. And sheโ€™s surprised herself by how she feels just from making these small alterations to her diet. Great results do not need huge changes! For 95% of us we all have two options when it comes to taking care of our health and fitness for longevity and a higher quality of life. We can either be reactive. Or proactive. You see, most people are reactive. They wait until they are 25 pounds overweight to finally get on a health coaching program.
