Quick, simple, nutritious, and most importantlyโฆutterly delicious ๐ (if I do say so myself!!) . 1 slice of white tiger bloomer 1 can tuna in water 1/2 medium avocado ๐ฅ Small dollop of light mayo (~10g) . Lightly toast the bread to your liking. I did mine, from frozen, in the air fryer - this is my new discovery this week as I donโt have a toaster and it has made me very happy ๐ . Mash together the avo, tuna and mayo and plonk on top of the bread ๐ . If like me you like a bit of a kick, feel free to add a splash of chilli sauce and / or Smokey paprika ๐ถ๏ธ . Takes all of about 5 mins and will keep me nice and full til dinner ๐ฝ๏ธ . Calories : 425 Carbs : 32g Protein : 33g Fat : 18g .
